The products have been of good quality and delivered in a very timely manner.
Overall, the process was great. Designed my own glasses, base fee wasn't crazy, and they got produced and delivered in a very respectable amount of time.
Design process could have been better--in the end the text and image on the glasses was a little small and off center. It was very hard to change positioning and size of elements in the designer. But, I opted out of the sample product review process, so... I got what I got, and I'm still happy with it :)
Lauren was awesome with customer service however my package was not here on time.
They keep responding to my reviews with more BS that I have choose standard 7 day production.

This was the email they sent me after I ordered. Quit telling me I choose 7 day production when it clearly states 3 day production above.
Their site experience is incredible archaic and, as a result, they sent me an alert about my card being incorrect. When I corrected the error it charged me twice without me realizing it and they processed my order twice. When I followed up for a refund, they blamed me and refused to give my money back. I will never use this site again! Save yourself the headache!

We ordered our product very close to the deadline. And expressed that to customer service and they rushed our order and got it to us in time
The color I needed on the lanyards I purchased was purple. Deep purple was what is on their website. The lanyards came in as fushia. They will not stand behind their colors as they say the colors aren't always as they are shown. Will they refund/return and make right? NO! I also ordered 6 weeks out but then I had to pay for a rush to get it in time. Not at all impressed and will not EVER order again from again!
Easy orderign
Balloons arrived on time and in good condition. Size of custom print was pretty much as indicated on ordering page, was still much smaller than I would've preferred.

Great product and customer service
I ordered (12) 2-color custom artwork Koozies for an upcoming trip. Although it was easy to place my order and it arrived on time as promised, I was disappointed in the quality of the printing and the colors, which were not as depicted in the examples on the website. The 'white' was more of a pale yellow with thin coverage and you couldn't even tell the difference much between that and the mint green I chose as a second color. I was expecting the quality I see with pretty much every other koozie, which is a thicker ink and more solid coverage. Because we were leaving the next day on our trip and just got back yesterday, I didn't have time for a do-over so it was either take them as-is or send them back and go without them. I feel the printing was misrepresented. Sorry, I won't be buying from you again.
My only issue was that it was unclear what was eligible for free shipping, and it took a while for the customer service rep to help me with that question.
I ordered 100 Koozies for my husband's birthday and they arrived in a timely manner, were much more reasonable than others, and they look amazing. Thank you!
