I was a regular customer with them, since the last couple of months had placed at least 5 different orders with them. Their online site is pretty bad for orders. I placed an order for draw string bags and didn't require printing at all ( Just Blanks), the first order was ok. Second time when I placed order it would keep giving me a charge for set-up charges. It just would let me pass without playing those charges. So if you don't view your break up charges correctly you will end up paying. So i had to call and place order. The 2nd order i received 47 drawstring bags short, i followed with them, but they think i am dishonest and requesting for the claim. I tried to get to speak with manager but till date no one has even called me or emailed me back. I paid for a rush charge for my delivery where i got less bags. They dont just care.
I was ordering those bag's to donate it filled with school supplies, why would i be dishonest. But they care less.
I WILL NEVER EVER USE THEM FOR ANY FURTHER ORDERS. THE FIRST THING SHOULD BE TO HAVE RIGHT ETHICS.

One of the bags for the dispensers was split and the scent of the gel is very overpowering. Also, the tape to adhere to the wall was not very strong and we had to add extra tape for it to stick to the wall.

Imprint.com was good about communicating with me. Process took much longer than I expected and the per-unit price is high considering the flimsy nature of the masks. I'll find a local source next time. Thanks anyway.
As I said in my review, the shipping chart was misleading. Why give a list of specific dates if they are not accurate? I felt duped when I had to pay an extra $60 because I learned after the fact that the dates on the chart are just estimates.

But the last order, I had one mask that had flaws in material, cut marks.
