First off, the software download had a virus in it, as detected by WEBROOT. Luckily, Webroot quarantined the software so that there was no collateral damage. Then the license key does not work. Says that the key came from a non iMobie website, even though the key came from an email sent by iMobie. I open a ticket but no response. Then i request a refund, but you can't do that unless you close the ticket. But the issue is not resolved and nobody will work on it if i close the ticket.

I bought their software to backup my phone to my computer, but it ended up creating so many copies of the same files so that my hard drive was completely full, so full that I couldn't do anything. I told them the issue and asked for a refund, but it took almost two weeks for them to actually honor it. It was a back and forth conversation that went on forever. I kept telling them that I wanted them to honor their money-back guarantee, but they kept on insisting that their software was not faulty.

I like AnyTrans for iOS so much because it helps me transfer many photos from iPhone to my computer. It is very fast. Deserve five stars!

Poor customer service, only available via email. Takes 24-36 per single response. Responses are repetitive. I'm now on my 5th request for a refund, as the software was not able to restore my lost iPhone calendar. They requested a log from the software in which I sent them numerous times, and they said they were unable to read their own log. Still waiting on my refund, to which they keep asking me to try another software of theirs. Definitely will not. Wouldn't recommend iMobie to anyone!

I did everything they asked, used the free version which claimed to have found he files. You then need to purchase the full version to do the actual recovery. They say that if it doesn't work they'll refund your money.
I bought the package, ran the programme and the files I needed were not there.
I made a claim for my refund and they give you a load of T's & C's which basically get them off the hook and out of the refund.

Definitely stay away, try something else, try anything else before you give these cowboys a penny.

I purchased a family license for ANYTRANS as it had good reviews from several reliable sources, primarily to transfer music from an older iMac to a new iPhone. But I think that the experts did not actually use the software to any extent. Many of the songs did transfer, but some were missed and there were numerous duplicates. I could not get product support to respond to numerous requests for help nor refund my money. Of course they were quick to respond to my request for information before I purchased the software.
