I purchased AnyTrans on2/6/23 and never received the activation code. I've reached out to iMobie support email but never got the answer from them. I sent a few emails.
Eventually I sent an email to 2Checkout, their business partner collecting payments for iMobie. They responded right away and even sent an email to iMobie support requesting activation code to be sent to me. Unfortunately iMobie stays unresponsive. I am about to request a refund.
I read some reviews online and I am not the first one having this issue.
Stay away from iMobie since they are disrespectful to their customers. Ripoff!

I purchased AnyTrans on 1/19/23 and never received the activation code. Right away I tried reaching out to both iMobie and 2Checkout (their partner company that managers their software purchases), but iMobie has not responded at all, and 2Checkout has only responded to say that they have shared my issue with the unresponsive iMobie. I have since tried to get a refund due to never receiving the activation code and having purchased another software called iMazing instead (it was not only less expensive--it did the job and provided me with the activation code immediately after purchase). IMobie continues to remain unresponsive, as does 2Checkout, while I await my refund. These two companies are unreliable, and I would suggest to all to not risk having the issue of not getting your activation code from them--even if you reach out for support from iMobie and 2Checkout, they are not helpful. Stay away from them.

UPDATE 1/30/23:2Checkout sent an email response saying that they issued me a refund. I verified that I have a pending transaction on my credit card for the refund. Although this finally worked out as far as the refund, having no communication from 2Checkout and iMobie for over a week from the time I purchased an item that should have been delivered to me immediately after purchase, gave me unnecessary added stress. Although I am grateful 2Checkout finally got back to me, I would still recommend iMazing as a similar software as AnyTrans. I bought the "one-time purchase for 2 devices" version of the software instead of the yearly version, using my education discount (30% off). The cost ended up being about $14 cheaper than AnyTrans. Without the discount, iMazing is still $2 cheaper.

I saw great reviews of AnyTrans app and because I had an immediate need to transfer from one mobile to another, I thought I will go with the reviews. But alas, I could not even connect any of the 5 iPhones I tried to the app. The app recognized the devices but kept "loading data, please wait" for over 2 hours and still "working on it"...

I then used another app and got the transfer down in 2 hours! I then exercised the 60-days full refund... and I thought NO QUESTIONS ASKED. But iMobie is dragging their feet about the refund requesting "collaboration" to "fix" the issue. Still waiting for the refund...

I bought their droidkit to recover the lost photos in my Samsung phone, not only photos, it also can recover other android data, such as phone number, whatsapp. The best is that I can preview and select what to recover.

Recently, I lost my iPhone data cuz of some reasons that idk. I went a lot of phone repair shops... And they wanted a big money. (sad). Then I tried to find a app to help me, imobie's phonerescue comes to my eyes when I was googleing, cuz it's much cheaper than phone shops. In few simple clicks as their homepage said, it directly export certain types of files back to my iphone and the quality of recovered files is high. Imagine that, I was worring about my data, and nervously finding a solution...It just came to save me...SO DOPE!

Making the task of recovering data and typing files from the computer to the old iPhone simple and won't take so much time of you. And it is so easy to retrieve data is being misdeleted as well as pictures and other information Any issues were easily and promptly answered by their service staff. Highly recommend it.

All the features I usually use, transfer, backup, restore. Really a great tool. It can do even more than iTunes, which allows me to transfer all my data from my iPhone 6 to my PC. Impressive!

Copying 500+ photos from iPhone X to the computer at one time was fast. Also, I like the UI design, it's very impressive and easy to understand.

Boight subscriptio of AnyUnlock. Software did not work at all for any of phone i tried.
Asked to refund, did not get any response rather ticket was closed without responding.
An absolute rip off.

I forgot my apple id password before and wanna download apps, but it asked me to enter the password. I cannot remember it and have no idea. Fortunately, I found anyunlock on Google and it really helped me remove the Apple ID from my app store so that I signed in to a new account to download apps!

Bought their software a while ago, but I want to use it on my Macbook Pro recently. The support team replied to me so fast and resolved my troubles quickly. Really appreciate them, thanks, guys~

First of all I'm a 10 years Android user. I recently bought an iPhone 13 Pro, but as you may know some of Apple's own tools are really hard to use, iTunes. If I could, I would never use it again.
It's too hard to transfer data to a new phone for people who are used to Android phones, and the rest of my family is not iPhone users.
My friend let me try anytrans, he is an old user for some years, I didn't buy it at first, just tried the free version, but it was a good experience and very easy to use. So in order to transfer more data, I purchased it. So far, it perfectly solved some problems of many iPhones for me. It is very friendly for iPhone beginner users. Good for me.

My bro gave me a Samsung phone that he hasn't used in a long time and I want to wipe his data to use it again. But when I tried to remove it his old account couldn't be returned without a password.
I asked him for his account password, but he couldn't remember it even after a long time of thinking.
So I looked for various ways to remove his Google account. I saw androidpolice shared droidkit and tried it. Although it was a paid tool, I thought I was willing to pay as long as it could unlock it. So I downloaded it and quickly removed my old Google account. Droidkit is great. I will recommend it to anyone I know.

My sister deleted some of my important photos, I felt really annoyed, those photos were taken with my girlfriend. So I have to search for a way to get them back before it's late. I read about DroidKit from a website and then downloaded it, I swear I didn't hope it will really work for my case at first, just a last try before I accept I lost the photos forever. To my surprise, the app found those photos for me and worked like a charm! Thank you droidkit, thank you imobie for such an amazing app!

I don't know about all the negative reviews here. I was thinking that this company is going to be terrible and I had already purchased their product for $40. However!, my experience with them was nothing short of excellent! They gave me my money back without any struggle at all when I had purchased a product from another company that does the same job! This was a display of an honorable and gracious company. Attached is a screenshot of the refund.

Product "AnyTrans" does the transfer, but the transferred data is useless. No tech support. Do not buy this product

3 different phones, not one detected by PhoneRescue. One of the 3 has a cracked screen and does not respond to touches. The reason why I bought PhoneRescue. And just to test if PhoneRescue is not working I connected 2 working phones and Phone Rescue could not detect them as well even though the windows system did detect them. So I could not retrieve the data - mainly photos of the broken phone. And I Paid 90NZD. I requested a refund, will see how it goes.

When I purchased the service to unlock my phone with Droidkit, all they did was to guide me through getting my phone to factory reset where all the data from the phone gets erased. Not only will you lose your data, but the factory reset is available for anyone to do without having to pay a penny. It's absolutely free to do. I will be asking for my money back today!

Do not buy. Bought to transfer whatsapp from Android to iPhone, but fails. Realised that there is auto renewal of subscription, but when clicked to cancel, there is error message each time. The refund option also does not work and used a s a front.
