I have been wanting to convert my old mini tapes for over 25 years but was leery of sending these precious memories off in the mail to just anyone. My research on IMemories made me feel confident that my tapes would be converted and returned with care. They communicated every step of the way and processed them very quickly. I now have my tapes back and have been enjoying watching them with family! I had forgotten how precious these are and I'll treasure them for years to come! Definitely cried with joy and my memories came flooding back! Thanks iMemories!

So far I have sent in over 30 VSH tapes. Each time I have received them back. FYI they will not convert any that have mildew. I did not realize a couple of mine did. I had to ask them why in an email the reason why they did not convert them. That, so far, is the only thing I can think of that would have been helpful to know.

Some tapes were clear, others not. I'm assuming because of the condition. Some were. Mp4 and others zipped in sections. I dont know why. Sometimes portions of a video seemed to be repeated within a file, not continuous as the original would be. The website is a bit difficult to understand. When I uploaded to Dropbox, file names were numbers and hard to match up with originals. I'm glad I did it so at least I'd have something saved. I did ten. Probably be better to do one at a time.
Brought back so many memories I thought I had lost. Movies of my kids, vacations, partys and so much happiness also some tears. Found things I didn't even realize we has. Great job imemories.

I've been holding on to these videos for almost 20 years! Now that my children are adults its so much fun to watch. I'll admit I was worried boxing up ALL my precious tapes and sending them. Im not happy with the App which is why I cant decide if I want to send in the rest of my movies or not. None of the setting buttons work and not easy to upload videos from phone and store.
Love that I won't lose those memories. Video tapes were starting to wear out, now they are saved and easily shared

1 VHS tape was smashed up badly after I sent it. It appears unusable.
Easy process to convert old VHS and 8mm family videos to digital format. We have so enjoyed watching all our family memories!
