All VHS tapes were transferred but the naming convention was not what I submitted. It made it difficult to sort out what I received compared to what I submitted.
Other than that, they were all converted, looked good and the originals were returned.

The process was very easy! The conversion was completed quickly. To download them was also easy to do!

Loved the results. All of my memories are available anytime I need them.

We had a lot of 8mm movies that were impossible to watch. The player that came with the Sony 8mm camera was not usable. We sent all the tapes to imemories and now can watch them anytime. It brings back all the movies we thought we could never see again. Priceless!

I am please that imemories offers a service to create digital copies from VHS tapes. I tried to create myself but was unable to find a workable VCR. Even though I'm happy to have these memories and will be able to cherish them forever, I was a little disappointed by the quality of the copies. Several videos contain thick static lines that used to be eliminated by adjusting the tracking on the VCR.

It was so easy to have all of my video cassettes converted digitally! And priceless to see my kids early childhood, my wedding, my grand parents... totally worth it!

All VHS tapes returned without a problem. Digitized versions look great. Can't wait for a rainy day to watch all of them.

Everything was very professional and the instructions were easy to follow. I will be sending more VCR tapes from the 1990's. My only disappointment was 2 of the 9 tapes I sent were not able to be transferred to digital(mold?). The pricing was very fair!

It's been quite a pleasure! Customer service has always been easily available and willing to help. The finished products were beautiful and edited out when the camera accidentally was left on. You've got a lot of work to do! And it was worth every penny for me to not have to take the time to do it myself. Thank you!

Overall excellent. My older memories are very grainy which is not your fault but I wish I had a choice when that came up. I probably would not have converted the older videos, but it's fine.
