Received tapes back and have copied converted videos. You should have received more tapes (next order) by now.
Sent in lots of videos that we had never watched and it was so great to be able to see such great times. Our old video camera does not work anymore so we no way to watch them anymore, all those memories could have been lost but not now. Thanks for your great care and end result

It was nice to revisit memories with friends and experience emotional moments with them, so fun.
The main thing is we have these on our computer now. It took more than a month from the time they received our tapes to having them available on the site, I thought this was a little long. Then I had trouble downloading them from imemories to my computer. Turns out the 3.0 is how you do that versus the 2.0 option. It was a little complicated figuring that out, but like I said the main thing is we have and own our memories on our computer now! So I'm happy about that. They do give you several weeks to get that step done before they start charging monthly for storage.
Great Job, My first time using this service. I think I'm going to send photos next time.
