Very happy with the easy process. Great customer service

They helped me get my memories, I wish they could had clean my other tapes from mold. They are efficient and very competent.

It's fun to look at these memories from many years ago. I have shared them with family and they love to see people who have since passed away and they forgot some of these memories that were captured on film.

Process was so easy that I'm wondering why I did not do this sooner. Having the videos in a safe place where I can edit and send clips to family members has been great. I definitely recommend to all!

I found boxes of old photos during clean up of parents' household. It was too much for me to scan and organize, so I sent them to imemories and result is amazing. They look better digitized than they do in person. I'm grateful to have had this option. Much of family history will now be accessible to the whole family. Photos we didn't even know existed are now part of the photo archive.

Your service was reasonable and so easy to use! Nothing to mess with; just download from the cloud! The ability to edit was the cherry on top!

Shipping to imemories took about 2 weeks. The videos were very slow to down load. Had to let it download overnight. Don't know if this an issue with imemories or my computer. Very happy with the video quality considering the age of many of the originals.

I had an amazing experience dealing with I am memories and I am thrilled with the results. I have spoke to one of the gals many times and she was so helpful every time and stayed on the phone with me to explain everything as long as I needed. My family is now looking at all of the family memories on line and I agree with the idea that this is like the Netflix or family memories

Generally positive. Took awhile to get the media posted on line to download. Don't know if they were backed up or not. But as they say, better late than never. Good quality though on the download. Overall pleased with the servive.

It took me a long time to actually put all of my video tapes together to send to iMemories. So glad I finally got it done! It is so much fun looking back on so many fun times! You will not regret doing it!

I've had my grandpa's (viewmaster prints) for awhile now. But couldn't get it to work. Have alot of prints of family that I wanted to see and share. This service is great! They put them all online for me to see and share. Other companies could not.

I'm sorry to say that i found this experience expensive, confusing and time consuming. I would not recommend iMemories to anyone.

The process of boxing up and sending the tapes was really easy. The only thing I'm disappointed with is the quality of some of the recordings but I accept that the tapes have sat around for a while so I knew they wouldn't be perfect. I would however recommend iMemories.
