I was disappointed they were unable to convert pictures of my dead son that were on floppy discs. I know floppy discs are seriously outdated. But one would think iMemories would have an old desktop computer somewhere that they could use to convert floppy discs.
Misleading customer about shipping charges twice also non understandable higher amount.
Poor quality of contents, noy ready yet to high-tech to convert. They're just doing 19century way of mechanical convert.
I was so nervous at first sending along my family pictures, but all were received and transferred to digital form. I got my originals back in perfect condition. I sent a VHS tape and hundreds of more pictures to be transferred to digital form. I'm very happy that my family memories are preserved in digital form just in case anything were to happen to the originals. The whole process I was kept informed of the status of my pictures and iMemories provided a cloud for 30 days.

I assumed my charges would be based on available data only but that was not the case/ you are charged whether an item is processed or not. I've already recommended that my family and friends find local processing centers because this services is extremely costly. However, the customer service representatives were very helpful and courteous. Learned Experience.

I sent my videos in and then had an emergency that lasted a few months in which I couldn't pay. No Worries, iMemories put my videos in Q and sent me reminders. After a few months of clearing up my situation, I made my payment and everything went smoothly. I really appreciate iMemories for holding onto my videos for that amount of time and letting me clear up my issues. Certainly will work with iMemories again because of this.
This is a great way to restore, save, and share old memories. We send in thousands of old negatives, and we now have great digital photos to shre with family and friends.
Most of the videos look great. It didn't look like some of the older ones were enhanced but it will do.

I received my DVDS and online videos. The 8mm film from 1950s were restored and vhs from 2000 were restored beautifully.
The whole process was very easy and iMemories did everything they said they would do. Particularly nice was the rapid response to all my customer service inquiries. There were several and each was answered with a clear response and within 1 day.

I sent 7 VHS tapes to be converted to DVD. Four of them were good conversions with attractive DVD cases including photos from the videos. 3 of the DVDs had tracking issues so I sent them back to be re-done, at no charge for the shipping and re-do. The re-dos were very satisfactory and appreciated. I would recommend this company for conversions.
