I paid for the box to be shipped to me so I could securely send in my media. Once they received them, the emailed me an invoice. Once paid, they started processing. They were so sweet to pick through my videos and process the Christmas ones first, which I received access to on Christmas Eve! Once all of the media was processed, they shipped back to me, with a coupon to use on next order. I used the box they sent my media back to me and sent more because they did such a great job. They have received the rest of my media and I can't wait to see them! I chose not to have them put on dvd or usb, because I download to my MacBook and piece them together to make for family members, then I put on USB for them to view. Thank you iMemories... for all the great Memories!

We were very leery trusting our memories to just anyone. There were so many high ratings and reviews for iMemories that we decided to go with them. Submitting our video tapes was easy, they include simple instructions and offer free shipping from time to time. Created a login and before we knew it, we had emails letting us know some of our videos were available for viewing and before the expected completion date. As the videos came in we saw they took great care in ensuring top quality. We couldn't be more pleased. I know there are other places with lower prices and maybe even Groupon but our memories, just like yours, are priceless. It took a lot to trust a company with the lives of our children and those that have passed from our lives but they certainly have earned it. Recommend 100%.

We had finally decided to gather all the differently formatted home videos that we accumulated over the last few decades and have them converted to digital. Instead of having them sit in boxes with no player to play the old videos, we now have all of them in digital format on a convenient app. It's so easy to share priceless videos just by slinging to any smart TV. We finally get to enjoy all the memories that we had stored on tape. We should have done this earlier.

I had 64 tapes. Put them in the iMemories box, dropped it off at the FEDEX store. Got a tracking number and watched it be delivered. Received the email with the price and paid for it. Received another email that the first video was ready to be viewed. Perfect. Just received my original tapes. My videos are in the free iMemories cloud storage. Currently having my son download them all to an external drive for storage at home. Looking forward to going through them and making dvds for myself and grown kids. The. Easiest.
