We've had a great experience working with Imemories, Within 1-2 weeks after sending our photos and videos they were available to be viewed in a Digital format online, first the photos then the movies. We have also received all photos and videos back from imemories. I will recommending Imemories to all my friends & Family!

Had a few questions, a couple of times, and each time I called I spoke to wonderful helpful people!

All services were exactly as described and were promptly delivered. The quality of the digital copy was just as good as the original.

You were fine but the tapes were in poor condition. I thought once done, I didn't have to pay anymore. So cancel my trial.

Have not had time to look at results yet. Some major things happen in our lives and will try to view them soon

The process was easy quick and reliable. Packaging was easy and the digital pull up was straight forward.

While it was hard to let go of our vhs family cassettes, the process was easy to follow and the results both rewarding and worth the cost. In fact, for our15 tapes, I would say the value is well worth what turned out to be a reasonable cost. Every step in the process was easy and communication prompt. We experienced zero issues and couldn't be happier with the results. Highly recommend iMemories.

Great but I don't know how to save them … I don't want to pay monthly because I am not sure they will be viewed much…..

Was nervous sending off the only copy of my vcr tape but imemories took great care of it and with prompt service made it available to me in multiple formats

Hard to transfer onto my own hard drive, and wish I didn't transfer all my tapes, some were not worth it. But appreciate the opportunity to know what was on them!

Reasonably fast service, and I've rec'd good help via email with my questions. But I wasn't aware my access would only be free for 30 days and then I would have to pay. I must have been too excited and missed that part, so now I need to DOUBLE PAY so that I will always have access to old videos. I am retired and on a very small, fixed income, and being in this situation is NOT good and very disappointing.

It was amazing to see family members that have passed.

Seamless process, just thought some of videos would be enhanced a little more, but it's a great comfort to know my videos are saved digitally.

Now I can see my old video! IMemories is easy to order, track and use it.
