Super easy instructions and it's so great to have easy access to our old videos!

Easy way to convert VHS tapes to viewable form. Very professional. Happy with the results!

The process was very easy. You just go on line and place your order and they mail you the box. When u get the box just place your items inside and mail back. They send you an email when your pictures are online ready to view and that's it.

They were very fast in converting old 1950s 8mm tapes. Unfortunately the film was old, in poor quality and not much could be saved

I can view them and hear the sound. I don't want to keep paying for the cloud and I want to be able to edit them.

Went perfectly. The tapes were old so not very crisp but that was condition of tapes I Memories staff very helpful.

It's so wonderful to see these memories come back to life, by watching home videos again. Most of these I hadn't seen in 25-30 years! IMemories did a great job cleaning them up and digitizing them. The process was quick and easy. I have recommended them to my friends.

Initially I didn't understand how it worked. I didn't understand that I could share or download the video sent to me. If you don't know what the 3 dots are in the upper left hand corner are, you won't click on them. A lot of older people don't. Once I did, I was able to share. I was able to download. Maybe you should consider sending detailed instructions.

I am so happy with being able to watch and share these memories with my family. I am going to be sending in another batch of movies soon.

Easy process; would be a 5 star if it had been clear that I have to have a subscription to view my own videos beyond a month... in process of ordering thumb drives since the digital files don't appear to be uploadable.
