The only reason I didn't go 5 stars is that the photos are not in any kind of order, so now it will take time to organize. Otherwise, super happy with the service and the outcome.
Very easy. Find your videos. Send your videos. Videos are put on the website. Check them out. Finally, your originals are returned. Its a no brainer and the videos are great. Now I want to download them onto other media. That will take some time.
All in all, I am satisfied.
I was worried about the quality of the video tapes & since digitizing, Imemories has revived our memories! Super happy about this decision!
I found my 50 year old tapes and started to throw them away. Then I saw an advertisement from Imemory. I send them in and see was surprised at the quick turn around. In about a week I received an email saying my film was ready to view. After viewing, I decided to get a DVD copy of the film so I called. The lady I talked to was very pleasant and eager to help. She even suggested a way to save money.
Today, I received the finished DVD. I was elated with the quality and price.
Now I am searching the atic to see if I can find any more film.

I am beyond excited to finally have my tapes digitized. And the price was great! However, I was unaware that I would need to pay a yearly fee to have access to my videos. Before I began this process, I was trying to see what the process was and the entire fee. It did not say anything about having to pay this fee to access the videos that I already paid to have digitized. Would have been nice to know. But the quality and format are great. Thank you
We had VHS tapes converted to digital by iMemories. The service and communications were great from the time we placed the order until we were able to view the video files on the cloud. We had a follow up question regarding the download process which was handled quickly and professionally. Highly recommend iMemories.
I sent two VHS tapes and thought I would be getting a DVD of each of them returned to me. One of the tapes was recorded from a TV show so they said they could not reproduce it. They did refund my money, but I had to pay for the shipping. They should have told me upfront that they could not reproduce something recorded from TV. Re the other tape, I did not get a DVD. I got something sent to my computer. It would expire after 30 days unless I joined some type of cloudfire service. It was of no use to me. I will never use them again.
I received updates all along the way. I sent in videos to iMemories and another competing service at the same time. IMemories completed the work faster and returned my videos long before the other one. I am still waiting on the other service.
The best thing of all was they kept me up-to-date through the whole process. Support was always there. Everyone was easy to understand. What I got was better than I expected.
Wonderful! The staff was so helpful anytime I called or emailed. We have thoroughly enjoyed looking at our old home movies. I would recommend anyone doing this.

All went well, except some download issues. Entering 50 characters is really quite unnecessary and a waste of time.
I was charged for a video that was not digitized because of a copyright issue. All of the other videos were taken care of and were great.
So much fun being able to view this again and show my kids movies from when I was a baby
