Quality of 2 or 3 (of around 30) was impossible to watch due to distortion, however, the majority are of excellent quality.

I tried to complain on site about the quality - never get a replay, they don't bother to answer. My video tape been digitized but all the VHS problem which should be fixed with professional VCR Been transfer to file. I don't think they even watch the ending result of their work. Nothing been done to fix synchronization and quality of the record. My VCR actually play it a lot better then the result I got from "Professional" recording. The price is not cheap, FEDEX just drop the parcel at my garage door, no signature been asked, they did not even come to the front door and did not ring the bell... Not iMemories problem but still, why would you make business with company which did not care about delivery? If you really value your memories - stay away from that company as far as possible. I will order VIDEO to USB dongle and make the transfer of the rest of my collection of precious memories by my self. It will save me money on the long run.

I have looked at most of the. Movies and showed this to my kids. They loved the way it turned out. These were some very old movies
I loved looking at all the old movies when we were little. But I haven't been able to figure out HOW to play my USB on our TV. I HOPE the USB is all good. I've not been able to see it to tell.

The experience with iMemories was smooth and easy. My cherished memories arrived safely and they uploaded the videos very quick.

I was surprised how my 25-year-old 8mm videos turned out with such clarity. The playback on my camcorder wasn't near as clear as the digital replications you produced. Thank you iMemories for giving me and my grown children the ability to relive the memories of their childhood!
