IMemories did a great job converting my videos to digital. I cried when I heard my grandmother's voice again.

I am so pleased with the work done for me by i memories. I thought my old 88mm reels were gone for good, also my VCR's. I can now watch my memories any time I want. I can also share them with my family.

Many of my tapes had movies or tv recordings mixed with home videos which I highlighted on the information card sent with the tapes. Upon reviewing the digital recordings I knew of at least one missing home video. I spoke with customer service who had that tape reviewed and updated the recordings with the missing home video. Unfortunately, I won't know if anything else is missing until I get the tapes back and compare them to the recordings.

The process was easy, some of the videos were very old and the quality is not great, but I am very glad to have them turned into digital.

Thank you so much for bringing great memories back to life! I hade 8mm cassettes and reels and vhs. So many great memories that we haven't seen in years!

I felt a bit late to the party on saving my VHS memories, and saw the online ad for iMemories, but though I got the processing at half off, the additional purchase of the flash drive and the data transfer itself added up to just under $100. This was for around 2 hours of taped data. The images themselves haven't aged that well and most looked very dark, though I haven't watched every one all the way through. I don't think there is much formatting they can do for this, I think they are just transferring to movie files. The flash drives are very convenient, and I appreciate the updates the company gave me to let me know where things were in the process. In all, I think they made the process very easy for those of us who delayed saving VHS and video memories.

The advertisement for cost is deceptive. I was under the impression that you were running a special where "one full box" of materials would cost $14.99 to convert. I was shocked to learn that EACH ITEM included would be costing me $14.99. This is NOT CLEAR in the advertisement for this special that you ran. Additionally, I had no idea that I would have to pay a fee to have my original cassettes returned to me. The special is not so special. This was a very expensive mistake that cost me a lot of money. I am not sure it was worth it.
