All I wanted was to convert my old videos onto a USB. You must first purchase the download which I feel is a highjacking because its yours but if you want to keep it you have to pay monthly. I didnt understand this at all. I recently sent 2 more videos that I want on a USB drive. I was not given the option to transfer it onto a USB. I have to wait until you create the download that I had to pay for and then buy the USB. I paid a small fortune. I questioned this method but haven't received an answer as to why I can't just get the USB.

We had questions when ordering the 1st time. Called customer service and person walked us through each step to complete our order and confirmed it was completed on her end. The 2nd time one video cld not be seen, called and she placed a hold on returning our tapes to have them check it again. They were able to retrieve video and called us to confirm we cld view it online. Highly recommend this company and will

We only had one tiny snag...it took us a while to figure out how to download the video onto our computer in a format that we could open. Otherwise, every other part of this purchase was as promised and as we expected. We are now looking at more DVDs to see which we want to convert!

I was disappointed that I could not cut and paste more of the footage. I had to have more footage than I wanted. I was told I could cut any of the footage I did not want and have a clean video. That did not happen.

I'm so glad I finally got my VHS tapes converted to digital! My family is loving the long trip down memory lane. The quality is what I expected, not perfect but as good as the tapes were 30 years ago.
