My only complaint was I thought the money I paid to convert tapes included the cds. Once explained I was completely satisfied.

The product and the process are exactly as described. It's quick, it's simple, and your items are returned to you in the exact same condition that you sent them out. The files are very easy to view online and are able to be downloaded, so you can send or upload them wherever you want to.

My videotapes of my kids were made digital and I was so very excited. I downloaded the app when they arrived only to discover I have to PAY A SUBSCRIPTION FEE TO CONTINUE TO ACCESA THEM! That's just bull$#*!. I feel violated as I had no choice but to pay out. Look elsewhere and read the fine print. Asshats.

My experience was very good. Everything went as expected from ordering and receiving the shipping materials to progress notifications. Once my materials were receved by iMemories. I am completely satisfied with the digitization of my video tapes.

Explanatory, User friendly website, Confirmation recieved quick, absolutely quick turnaround, service is excellent. I will refer to my friends and family! I lost my first born daughter to cancer in 1996 at 9yrs old. You restored a very special VHS for me. I'm forever grateful.

It took a little longer to get my second order but in all fairness, I did send in duplicate reels. I appreciated the fact that I was contacted right away. I memories did a wonderful job at creating my reels into digital memories.

Really loved the home videos. They were well taken care of. Will definitely send in more in a couple of weeks. The only thing its a little pricy for my budget so will do a couple at a time. But over all was very happy.

I couldn't figure out how to down load them and got help from the help line. They were very helpful with assisting me.

When I found a box that had over 50 8mm reels and a dozen VHS tapes from the past 60 years, I didn't know what to do with them!
When I heard about IMemories, I was thrilled and they converted them all into digital that I could watch on my television and I shared them with my children and seven siblings.
Everyone was so happy to get these and called me to tell their delight in seeing our family from so many years ago. I would highly recommend this to anyone to preserve precious memories.

I ordered the kit for Christmas but we didn't send it in until sometime in March. I received an email and an actual phone call to follow up. After sending everything in we waited... for a very short time! Everything, every memory was digitized. Soon after we received our tapes back including the audio tape that accidently got sent in with the video tapes. Thank you for your services and I will recommend you to anyone looking for the preservation of their memories.

I was so happy to finally be able to see my old home movies. I got to see my mom when she was alive and hear her voice again and her laugh too. I also got to see my kids when they were little and myself when I was in my 20's! 😭😭

I'm happy with the quality, some of my videotapes are over 35 years old and they came out great.
