My photos are now all electronic, and I am so happy with iMemories. The process was easy and reasonably priced. Two thumbs up.

Wonderful all around experience with iMemories. Transferred two dozen old vhs tapes and several hundred photos. Easy to use app and to share with family members!

Imemories made the made the process of converting VHS to digital extrememly easy. Their instructions were very easy to follow and I received my digital versions in a timely manner.

Process was easy. I will do it again for sure. I wish I could share the videos though.

We wanted to hear our family and friends voices. See their faces. This brought back fond memories. Truly thank you.

I was glad to see the effort put in to organizing the videos. We didn't even know what was on the tapes as we did a poor job of marking them

Wonderful to view memories—some up to 60 years ago. The quality of the older photos was very good.

Very professional business. It's as easy as it claims. They let you know when they recurrence them and converts them very timely and then returned my tapes asap with tracking for my peace of mine.

I sent in roughly 200+ negatives to have them converted. Although the site didn't promote dealing with negatives, when I called the customer service rep said they did. Unfortunately, there is no touch-up, editing for color or light balance of any kind. A few of the negatives I sent in, I had actually converted using a Kodak negative scanner where you can adjust the quality. The scans I did at home were far superior to what I received. I would not suggest iMemories for handling/scanning negatives. Super disappointed with the quality.

All the processes went well, very attentive and perfect job.

This went way beyond my expectations. To remember old times. People that are gone and to experience it again. I laughed and cried. Well worth the money. I'd do it again!

My wife moved to the States from Poland with a box full VHS tapes and no way to play the tapes on the VCRs in the United States. I secretly shipped her tapes to iMemories and within a month I received the videos and surprised her by playing videos on the television from her childhood days. She was a ball of tears; so full of happiness. Best investment of my life.

Being able to see our old family members and videos we're absolutely amazed! Such a wonderful well done service. Will definitely use again and recommend to everyone!

At first I had trepidation at the thought of mailing in all of our families memories. They were, after all, the only copies we had.

Fear, was what I felt most when, after several weeks, our videos had not been received at iMemories. We had a tracking number showing they were dropped off but showed that they were still at the drop off point.

Frustration as time went by and still no sign of our memories despite many trips in person to the drop off location and calls to the same. I finally responded to a reel comment thread and iMemories saw my comment and responded to me directly. They then got directly involved in trying to locate our missing memories.

Elation as I received a message that our memories had been found! The iMemories folks were able to locate them at the drop off point! I was so overwhelmed with emotion, that I broke down. Kind of scared my wife a bit as I had been keeping all this from her. The digitization was to be a surprise for her.

Now that the process is complete, our joy at watching the videos once lost, has brought so much joy.

The videos are organized beautifully and the whole family has enjoyed reliving happy memories from 18 years ago!

I was charged for 15 vhs where only 6 were converted to digital. Very dissatisfied I didn't received a refund for the ones not transferred. Also had to pay extra because the app wouldn't download the videos.
