The site was very helpful and helped me determine if my phone can be unlocked or if it's on a blacklist.

I asked for unlock to my iPhone 4S that showed as clean but came out at the end of the process as blacklisted so my unlock process was not possible that way.
However the policy and term I signed for staed no refund in such case Zissis was extremely supportive and got me refunded for the full amount and I am thankful to him.

I always worry about dealing with these kind of sites as they usually try to scam you or shake you down for money. Not the case with IMEI-Index! Zisis was extremely courteous, professional and accommodating. What more could you ask for? I highly recommend these guys.

If the iphone if blacklisted, is it still possible to unlock it?

I sent in an enquiry regarding my order for an IPhone 5s unlock from Sprint, and Zisis responded promptly, courteously. I was informed that Sprint unlock takes a few days.

So far, I like dealing with this company. They are reliable and professional.

After ordering the report, I had a bunch of questions about how to tell if the phone is legit (it was an iphone 6 i was about to buy off craigslist), and they answered all of my questions via 3-4 back and forth emails. Definitely went above and beyond!

I used to determine if my phone was unlocked. Report indicated that "Locked" was " unknown" Not much help. Sent a reply to provider on weekend. They replied on Monday and gave email that phone was unlocked, and they had an error in their report which they will fix as soon as possible. Also web site said I could get a free check but when I tried it said free was not working so I had to pay. That was aggravating.

They did really good not going to lie also I had a customer named zisis and he did really good actually so I have no complaints only thing I wish that they had is iCloud unlock to do a iCloud bypass for me thats what i need next

I had a few phones that I needed checked, and I got answers for all phones. Except for 2 HTC phones which that was a mistake on my end for not realizing this website was for iPhones only.
