I just felt I had to give you some feedback on your terrific service. Firstly Ioker IM-Entertained for roly poly 3 days ago. Wow! Now that is what I call service. This is a first for me and believe me I order from many similar companies. Secondly, I found my order summary fun to read so congrats to the team who compiles these as it is so different from the norm and boring. Keep it up, I am sure many others appreciate your sense of humour as I did. I have recommended IM-Entertained to many and will continue to do so. We booked a roly poly for stage do a couple of days ago, and i will definitely state it was perfect as promised. I specially wanna thanks to manager who booked a perfect venue and surprised us with shocking performance,

I booked a Roly Poly stripper for a stag do. Whilst the ladies services were exactly what we expected IM Entertained services were truly shocking. They swapped the entertainer without telling me, didn't inform me where to meet her until a couple hours beforehand and arranged a venue that was totally inappropriate. When I complained they lied telling me that a posh restaurant was suitable and they had pre-booked it... Not what the manager told me!
Booked roly poly and size 10 stripper arrived not impressed at all when I did get hold of someone they advised to email in 10 days later they best excuse they had was we did text to say a substitute was coming which I did not receive
I visited IM-Entertained last weekend for life drawing, After a couple of hours i received a call asking me about my satisfaction. I love the fact that you stay in touch with your customers in such a whimsical way I'll still be back for more.
Such a services is a gift, however from looking at what was included is the best service provided ever.
I will continue to use Im-E because of the best hen provided for my sister and even greater customer service.

After booking for a hen party, and taking deposit we received an email confirmation. However they still have not turned up and the office phone is saying the office is closed even though the website says it should still be open. Very disappointed and hope we can get the money back!
I absolutely love the way you all phrase your work with efficiency - it has really brightened up my night on many occasion. It's such a simple little thing to make your communication and even your friendly response, but it really stands out and makes a positive difference.
