The stripper who turned up was not any of our preference. In fact he didn't even look lol any of the male strippers on the PDF sent to us. He was short, unattractive and had a body that was definitely NOT like a strippers. The girls didn't really want him to take anything off. The 'geek' outfit was non existent and halfway through his routine he got his trousers stuck around his ankles. Awkward, not sexy, we were really disappointed. I should really rate 0 stars here.
Last weeekend i let this company handle all the matters of my party as i was recommended by my friend who already had an experience with James and Robyn and everything was set up to perfection. I would love to use again.
I was not sure that this company will be able to go through my order and will make it possible, but on the recommendation of a college i decided to go with this company which results in a very positive and a perfect hen do of my sis. I am very happy with the services, cocktails, champagne making session and all the other stuff we have had with this company. All the guests were very pleased hat's off.
What I can say about this company it was just fabulous in each aspect.

It was not like i expected, they made few changes without my acknowledgement, i was angry on the moment but at the end i guess is wasn't that bad. It was not perfect but it was good i guess.
Emterinment made sorting out my Hen do so easy, all the activities we amazing and the hotel was great and really helpful. At each activity all I had to do was say who I was as the rest had been sorted for me so I didn't have spend ages trying to book different things. I was able to send out invites to my friends and family and not have to worry about collecting money from them.
We booked Entertainment for my sis's hen and all the work was good. We had a campaign making session as well and a dance performance too all the night it was fun and we did a happy hen. Thank you for services.
From the first inquiry to the many questions I emailed through - hen heaven were there with the answers and reassurance... A fantastic time was had by all...
It was an awesome experience with this company, i will use this company again for sure.

We received a call on the evening of the event (stag do) saying the dancers weren't able to turn up, despite booking and paying for it weeks in advance. In addition to messing up that part of the evening they have refused to give my money back. Quite incredible. SHAMELESS THIEVES!
This event was booked since last June, so we were initially disappointed to see that the two butlers that arrived for our hen weekend in Edinburgh last weekend were definitely not the ones we had chosen all those months ago (polar opposites!). After a nervous start (them and us) it was a great night. The boys were willing to do whatever we asked of them, although watch your cocktail measures boys! They were a great laugh and also tidied up after themselves! We wouldn't hesitate to use those boys again if the occasion called for it, although seeing the other reviews on here does worry me.
Worst company ever! We spoke to the company on the bus on the way to our venue and had 2 butlers in the buff booked for 8pm. At 7.30pm I received a text message to say that the butlers weren't coming as we had not made contact. So that was £100 gone and received nothing for the money. At 11pm a police man stripped turned up. Demanded more money of £90 and we stupidly paid to not disappoint the hens. He was very creepy and would not leave until we had to abruptly tell him that he had out stayed his welcome. No contact was able to be made with the I'm entertained company on the night and when I contact now they hang up on me. Avoid.
Dealt with this company once before and would advise everybody to stay well away, basically they are just a 3rd party.
Once you contact them they basically outsource the work in hope they can meet your requirements and if not you get what your given and won't be able to make contact with them.
I'd arranged for a Rolly poley and strippergram, I arrived at the location arranged by James (owner of IM) to be told it had been booked by somebody else, to cut a long story short one Stripper couldn't wait for an alternative location and left and the other arranged a sutiable location for us 2 miles away, an hour later we had 1/2 of what we had paid for.
IM-entertained took £40 per Stripper so a total of £80 to arrange 2 Stripper of which neither were the ones id requested, they messed up booking the location and wouldn't answer any of my calls on any of the supplied numbers including the emergency 24/7 number.
After talking to both strippers they told me that IM-entertainment make the booking in the customers name as nobody in the industry would willingly work with IM-entertainment or James, I wish I'd stayed well away from this company, it's a shame they are still trading!
Yes you may well get what you ask for on occasion but for £80 I would of expected a little more than I got and if I'd known they were a 3rd party before hand I would never of dealt with them.
I've given IM-entertainment the opportunity to rectify the error but all they have effectively said is according to the t&c's which I'd advise everybody to read is they take no responsibility and the only thing they can promise is to take your money.
Please don't make the same mistake I made and stay clear of these con-men! Your best option is to either go to a reputable company or as I was advised by both strippers contact the performers themselves as its more reliable and would save you £40 per performance and on a plus they all have a range of locations that can be used free of charge.
IM-Entertainment don't meet you face to face which makes taking your money that much easier, I'm not leaving this review as a bitter customer but as somebody who would like to see others don't make the same mistake I did.
