Last month i ordered and paid for a butler.
This was a strange request as I did not want a nude butler but one that would come dressed as Harry Potter merely to serve drinks and have a bit of a laugh!
I was told this would not be a problem and paid an extra £25 for the outfit (apparently)
6pm on the night if the event I recieved a call from the butler only to be told he knew nothing about my Harry Potter request!
I have to add that this young man did his best to pull things together the best he could at the last minute, he did a very good job considering the circumstances but Harry Potter does not wear an Aberdeen Football Scarf!
I have emailed this company several times and basically been told the case is closed!
I paid for a service that I was assured was nt a problem when it clearly was!
I love everything about this company - you guys could make a fantastic laughter dwarf show! It's great - I love all the stuff which I still just really cant believe! I also love how you obviously read peoples reviews and respond on the email to those necessary.
IM-Entertained members and staff are the gem of the Entertainment. I can think of no other company that, in my experience, gets it right every time.

Took our money and didn't show up! Their phone lines are conveniently "down due to a major office renovation!" I sent many emails to them as they were meant to book us a venue but no reply! My friend sent them a Facebook message which we did get a reply stating they would check with the booking team and get back to us, which they never did! We send a fake enquiry to their email the day before the hen and surprise surprise we had a response to that email! They completely wrecked our night! All these 5 star reviews on here are completely fake! They are noting but con artists who don't even provide a service let alone get the right to a 5 star review! I am fuming at what they have done to us and many other people by the looks of these reviews! Do not use this company as you will be very disappointed!
Just felt compelled to write and say what a great job you did. You guys offers it cheaper than anyone else (by a good margin). I'm in the construction business and I know the competition these days but you guys are keeping the good quality of services along with the price.
I just wanted to say a great big thank you for such a fantastic service you supply. I was thrilled with performances for my weekend party, not only was it was up to perfection, but there was not a single week point! I was so impressed that I've been banging on about you guys since! Booked a strippergram a month in advance, promised they'd provide venue and it would all be organised "sit back and relax" It got to a week before the night with no contact from the company, i tried calling, emailing with no reply until the day before the night "call this number to book venue" I call up and its a restaurant, of course they don't allow that kind of thing. I email and call with no reply. 5 hours from the time we booked the stripper I got a text "we can confirm we have no venue, do you have a venue" I try calling and texting with no reply. Completely ruined the night. Utterly disgusted

Hi James, Well I'm impressed with the level of service which has left me in an unusually good mood (I've witnessed some shocking service before) so for the sake of having to arrange for the performance very special, I really can't be bothered.
