Looks like I changed my foundation shade right after the order was processed. I reached out and literally got a response within 30 mins saying the new shade will be sent out. I was pleasantly surprised and satisfaction at how quickly the responded and that they will send out my new shade. Now that's customer service at its best

Ordered my foundation...someway...you added plumping cream...another separate order...? This has happened in past.now I will find somewhere else to buy foundation.only happens with you...the added extra stuff...I am beyond irritated...yes I can send back...WHO WANTS TO DO THAT.

I love the products and a huge fan of everything I have tried. The only problem that I do have is the pump on the Power Rewind. I used it twice and it stopped working and of course I can't send it back because I don't have the original packaging slip. So def bumbed about that because I really liked the product the two times I did try it. It almost did prevent me from ordering again though from the company but I love my makeup and tanning stuff to much to do it. I Just ordered something new so excited to try it and happy it's not in packaging that a pump will mess up.

I am not sure how I have an add on added to my order. I wish once I purchase something that's the end. The way they keep asking to to add in or consider other products is annoying and now costly because I must have hit something that added $40+ to my purchase and not customer service support over the phone. I now have to play email tag with customer service instead of just speaking to someone once and fixing the mistake.
Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
