I purchased the wrinkle renewal product and it does work on hiding fine lines. However, it is hard to apply makeup over this and I was hoping for some eye bag relief but this is more for fine lines.

Looks like I changed my foundation shade right after the order was processed. I reached out and literally got a response within 30 mins saying the new shade will be sent out. I was pleasantly surprised and satisfaction at how quickly the responded and that they will send out my new shade. Now that's customer service at its best

Misinformation

I just placed my order so I cannot speak on the product. However, I did not clearly see that the subscription was 90+ dollars until after I made my purchase. I feel a little scammed and disappointed. I was excited to try this brand but just like every other company I feel taken advantage of. I'm hoping we can rectify this situation. I wonder how often this happens with this brand.

Ordered my foundation...someway...you added plumping cream...another separate order...? This has happened in past.now I will find somewhere else to buy foundation.only happens with you...the added extra stuff...I am beyond irritated...yes I can send back...WHO WANTS TO DO THAT.

Love the products

I love the products and a huge fan of everything I have tried. The only problem that I do have is the pump on the Power Rewind. I used it twice and it stopped working and of course I can't send it back because I don't have the original packaging slip. So def bumbed about that because I really liked the product the two times I did try it. It almost did prevent me from ordering again though from the company but I love my makeup and tanning stuff to much to do it. I Just ordered something new so excited to try it and happy it's not in packaging that a pump will mess up.

I am not sure how I have an add on added to my order. I wish once I purchase something that's the end. The way they keep asking to to add in or consider other products is annoying and now costly because I must have hit something that added $40+ to my purchase and not customer service support over the phone. I now have to play email tag with customer service instead of just speaking to someone once and fixing the mistake.
