Very easy & excellent products easy on skin & looks beautiful on over 60+yr olds

I enjoy simplicity of the number of products, not overwhelming.
My mature skin needs a CC foundation for age spots. I have slight wrinkles and Matt finishes I tried look like powder on my face.

IL Makiage is always a spectacular experience. Even if you try something and are Unsatisfied they will immediately correct the situation.

I was offered a birthday gift and wasn't sure of what shade to purchase. I was able to use my phone camera with their site to find the perfect shade for my skin tone which made the process stress free!

Answering a few questions to ger the correct color foundation is a wonderful experience!

My experience was like a breath of fresh air. It was so easy to find and order my product. Checking my products out was easy also. Overall experience was Excellent.

I tried the foundation and loved the texture but the color was too dark so I went online and they redid my color with the changes I gave. The new color was perfect and they let me keep the original one which I am giving to my sister.

Website ordering is very clunky and hard to re order if yo don't want to do auto ship. Also very slow.

Once product dried I was left with white powdery substance on my face. It did not smooth out my fine lines either. I will be returning it.

Very frustrating experience trying to order! I just wanted to order another bottle of foundation, not all the items I last ordered nor did I want the auto replacement option. Never did figure out how to do that so signed up for auto replacement but then got message item would ship in October! Doesn't do me much good now.
I like the product but hate the web site and ordering process.

They went through questions that helped find the colors I needed. We're very thorough. I got messages in my text of what I bought and how I could upgrade, which was very helpful all around excellence.

I absolutely love all the items I've gotten from Il Makiage. I have been using their items for over a year, and I'm never disappointed. I also love the fact that I do get a free gift when I subscribe. Fun fact, it's like a present to yourself when the box comes and you're rewarded with a gift for subscribing! Thanks IL Makiage.

Very hard to work your web page. Love the product but very hard to order on the site AND no live customer service representatives to talk too.

I love that I can have a subscription, such a great idea.

I cancelled my auto renew because I needed the foundation to go out immediately. It never took me to the checkout it was constant do you want this or that, pick 3 more etc. I just wanted the foundation. Please in the future just let me checkout right away.

The quick response was amazing. They sent out the correct color at no charge. Their customer survive is always top notch which is why I continue to buy from they. Plus I love their products!
