I've bought many items from il makiage and they have always been easy to work with, helpful, and very accommodating. A while back I got a product that I wasn't thrilled about and they were so quick to accommodate a return plus sent me a coupon.

The first order I placed with IL MAKIAGE arrived and while I enjoyed the feel of the foundation, the glass container broke after TWO uses upon tipping over on the bathroom sink. I had to throw away the shattered glass container and product as it had small pieces of glass in it and nothing could be salvaged.
The second time I placed an order,14 days went by and the order was shown to be at a different state than the one I reside on and presumably on its way back to an unknown party. Mind you, the first order arrived with no issues at all and no information changed in my end.
An unfavorable and costly experience for 2 days worth of product application as the second order could not be expedited by their customer service and had to be cancelled as I needed it for a trip. Probably best to go to a store and purchase it in person. Cancelled the automatic deliveries right away

I sent an email and no response. When I received my bottle the top was not screwed on properly. Therefore the foundation spilled inside the box.
I was overcharged because my coupon didnt take unless i added a second item, which should've been free, then an additional item was added to my order because the "skip" option wasn't highlighted and so I hit the "claim 20%" option to go to the next screen and was automatically charged! Not happy and will be canceling my subscriptions.
The customer service department is fantastic! I subscribe to the auto renewal for my foundation and when it came in this month it was WAY too light. (We had went on vacation and even though I wear sunscreen I had apparently gotten a lot more sun then I had realized!) I tried to make the foundation work by using bronzer but it just looked terrible! I emailed customer service and they got back to me almost immediately! I told them my issue and they asked me a few questions about the foundation. After I answered them they immediately sent me another shade of foundation and didn't even ask me to send the one that is too light for me back. They made the exchange painless!

I love all of the products I have gotten, but I wish they have a guide of what colors match which. I would have gotten a lip liner if I knew which would match the lip cream I was getting
I was all excited about the foundation and ordered it on a trial period and was billed ONLY when I decided to keep it. I then ordered two other products on what I had been lead to believe was a trial period. I haven't received my products yet, but was billed 127.50 for it. Again, this was supposed to be a TRIAL, to be billed only if I kept it. I was billed another 41.65, for something that I didn't order, and haven't received. Plus, an additional 153.00 for I don't even what for. Going forward I'm canceling all of my auto re fills and will be sending back the no filter as soon as it arrives.
I've had great luck and love my Woke Up Like This, that I purchased Power Re-Do and Power Lift Plumping Cream. I'm so excited to receive my new products and try them out. I'm sure that I'll love them!
I've been searching for a foundation for mature skin. The reviews for this product were very good, so I decided to order and am looking forward to receiving the product.
Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
