I am a brand new customer but as for the questions that they offer and the guidance they give you throughout the signing up and shopping on their site they're very thorough and I'm excited especially for their primer because I have a lot of issues with my pores so I'm super excited to get started and because of the flexible replenish plan you can get anything you want anytime you want and they're not going to take anything from you unless you make sure it's right. So as of now I give them great reviews I didn't give them a five because I haven't tried the product yet but I'm very optimistic! I deserve to feel pretty again after the last couple years! Fingers crossed
I was a lifetime MAC customer until they discontinued my foundation (hyper real liquid) during Covid. Since they weren't able to match me at the counter, I pretty much just bought every foundation they had and disliked all of them. They were either too little coverage or thick, greasy, heavy, and uncomfortable for daily wear.
I searched the internet for a product that had nice coverage, yet felt light on your skin and found a ton of great reviews for Woke Up Like This by Il Makiage. I was a little apprehensive about an online quiz accurately choosing my shade, but I figured I would give it a shot.
Shade was a perfect match and I LOVED the coverage and feel! I found my new foundation.
Fast forward to 2024...
I ordered a bottle for my mom sincei got her hooked on the foundation too. Unfortunately, it showed up damaged. I reached out to Il Makiage customer care team via email, and almost immediately received a response apologizing for the inconvenience and telling me they had already shipped a new complimentary bottle!
Amazing product and an absolutely incredible customer care team that has your back!
Ps- I've also tried the night serum and it is FABULOUS! 😘
I didn't realize that I was signing up for an automatic refill program. I do not like that. Please cancel my order immediately!

I found this company on Instagram and ordered foundation. Customer service is top notch with communication when I had a color matching issue! I've tried both foundations, primer, serum and mascara and have never been disappointed. I even got my daughter in law addicted!

My feeling was that everything went very smoothly. The price of the product was very attractive. The shipping and invoice information does not follow the standard order of most stores. This confused me because I reversed the order of the addresses, which are not the same.
This Formula is a 5 star rating for me but the cap takes the rating down to a two star. It is one of the best foundations I have used. The lid/top has to be changed.it does not screw on and seal and you can't secure the bottle. The kicker is, while sitting on yr vanity it leaks and collects around the cap/lid. Never experienced that with any other brand before but because I truly like the Woke Up Like This foundation I keep using it. I can't take it on any air travel, it will definitely leak & spill no matter how well you tape it down,. If this new one i just placed an order for has the same top then i will have to cancel my subscription/auto replin and discontinue using it. It's too expensive to have this issue.

star rating but the packaging is a negative for me. I really like the Woke Up Like This foundation- works well for me as I have been using it for a long time however, the packaging is alot to be desired. While traveling by air, it will definitely spill due to the cap/lid not

I was having a problem finding the right match for foundation. Having Olive skin I couldn't find the tight match. I reached out to Il.Makiage customer services for help. I cannot begin to tell you how thorough they were working with me to find the right foundation. In all my years of purchasing make up, I have never had such personalized help. This is the best make up with the greatest staff. I wouldn't buy make up anywhere but here.
I have used your products before and loved it. I accidentally broke my foundation bottle so I decided to take the quiz and get a new set of make-up. This set I got feels so dry on my face. The shade is wrong and the foundation itself is so dry. I will be returning this. I like the filler but that is it.
Love love love all your products. If you haven't tried any of them, don't wait, do it now!
