I've never been a big makeup girl. I normally hate foundation! I hate the caked on feeling of foundation and trying to find the right color. I received my first order earlier this week. When I tried it I was so amazed how it felt and looked. I couldn't feel any of the makeup. Even my husband who prefers me not to wear makeup couldn't tell I was wearing anything. Thank you!

I have tried most of the skin care products. Love the foundation, pore reducing primer, skin polish. Moisturizer was OK. Love the under eye cream for puffy eyes except the bottle dispenser I a had a problem with & ended using a q tip to get it out.
Beware! This company promise a buy before you buy option but take your money before even trying the product! I tried to cancel an order a minute after it was placed! Jessica told me I can't cancel the order because it was already sent to the warehouse for shipment! Seriously! Most company will give 24 hours to cancel an order this doesn't even have an option to cancel!
I absolutely love this foundation. I truly covers any imperfection in skin tone you might have. I love the concealer too and the pore corrector. This is the best foundation I have ever used. Il Makiage forever!

I was sent a promo code to use on my next order. I placed my order and within seconds realized the promo code was not applied. I messaged help immediately to ask them to cancel my order so I could re-order it with my code or if they could apply it on their end. The response I got is that promo codes cannot be applied to existing orders… I'd hardly call an order placed 2.4 seconds ago existing. It's a shame because I do like the product. But customer service is big for me so I will be seeing what else is out there!

It’s a blessing and a curse in situations like these — you get your products quickly but we’re unable to cancel or edit as your order is immediately processed, picked, and packed.

I really wanted to try and set up an auto replenish order for just the Black Card Mascara but only option was to re-set up replenishment of the Woke Up Like This Foundation. I think that you should offer auto shipments for any of your products. It takes me a long time to go through the foundation, so I really only need that like once a year... maybe longer, since I do not wear makeup everyday. However, I would like a new mascara every month or so. If you do have those options and I missed it, then making it easier to find on the site would be a good place to start, because I could not find anything! Otherwise, I really like this mascara, the foundation is also good, and stretches really far but I had to cancel auto replenish because I ended up with 3 of them and I had not even finished the first one!
I was skeptical when first ordering their concealer but soon realized that with the quality of product, along with their customer service, I couldn't go wrong trying other products. I am now an avid user on their concealer, mascaras and foundation, amd will never go back! Their colour match is beyonf perfection. Just need then to create a creak contour and blush amd I'll be set! Thanks il Mikiage, not middle aged skin thanks you.
I've spent 3X the amount on products that didn't work nearly as well as Il Makiage. Thoroughly impressed.
