I ordered the eye concealer. For me, the product didn't work, it was terrible. Thin and watery with no coverage at all. Company sent me voucher for another item. Well, don't ya know, I forgot to enter that coupon at check out. (I know, stupid of me to try another item when the first one was sub par). I immediately emailed customer service to either apply the coupon, or cancel the other. Nothing but a song and dance. They don't do either. Yeah. Stay away.

I've gotten several products from this company and my favorite is the concealer. I'm now going to try other makeup and skin care products because the quality is good. I think the prices are fair for the products because they are high quality and convenient to try before you buy if you aren't satisfied!

I didn't rate it 5 starts because this is probably the 3rd time I have ordered. I have to receive this product from this company. I'm not sure if it's because of an error during the ordering process or what, but for some reason the orders never went through and/or completed. It's been a while since I've ordered from here. I could've sworn each time I tried to order, it went thru. Then again, it just seemed weird as I never received confirmation. I guess I could not order this product. Until I receive the actual product, I cannot rate it accordingly. It seemed pretty easy, quick, efficient, painless and effortless but we shall see if and when I receive the product.
Only 1 star because I was offered a 10% discount with code Welcome10 at checkout. However, there was no place to put the code and I was charged full price.
As an RN and a lover of a make up I was so pleasantly surprised by this mascara! I usually work 12-16 hour shifts and I do wear a mask and goggles. This mascara stays very well! No eye irritation, no leaking! Thank you for this great product. It is just a very very good mascara, makes you look classy and beautiful without false promises! Personally I'm very happy with it, I trust it. Not a faux lashes effect, but the it is all about your elegant lash volume and length. And I do get a lot of compliments on my shift…. Doesn't it tell you all about this mascara…? Yes it does!

First off I will say I'm not a fan of makeup at all and I've been trial and error with concealers for years!
I don't know what sparked my interest to take this test and find my match but I'm glad I did!
When I tell you it was spot on to my skin color it seriously was perfect! No orangy after color, no creasing, it's just overall the best concealer I've ever tried/purchased. I NEVER write about any products but please trust the process if you want a F**CKIN FLAWLESS concealer! You WONT be disappointed!

The site is unnecessarily difficult to navigate. You should be able to scroll through talents more easily and the products should load more quickly. Lastly, if you are going to offer to upsell after placing an order, you should be sure that the page with the upsell offer does not error out and leave the user unable to take advantage of the offer.

I wish I was able to find a chat on the web site...I love my foundation, I wanted to inquire if I could keep my shade and make it slightly "Warmer" in the tone, I feel it is too milky for me, Love the lightness and coverage, but I was not able to do that before I re-ordered, It looks great at the moment because I add a little something to it, BUT an Expert chat on the web would be great...This is by far the best foundation in a long time! I'm 46, and I've using the Woke Up Like This foundation for a year now. I used to use Lancome, and I'm never going back. I love how lightweight it is while still giving good coverage. And it doesn't transfer or smear.

Love the makeup. I always get compliments on my makeup. I am not one to do a lot of makeup but the coverage is perfect. I love the finishing powder. I never have to reapply all day. I love the boxes that the makeup arrives in, it makes me feel special. That extra effort goes a long way.

I love IL Makiage's $#*! I am flawless concealer. I ahve tried so many from Nars, bobby brown, Dior etc... but nothing has matched the way this product matches and just naturally blends on your skin color. Highly Recommended.

I love the products but am frustrated with auto replenishment. I wanted to add a brow trio to an order that was coming on auto replenishment. I wasn't able to do this and the order was more expensive than I hoped.
