When finally using my winter shade of foundation I decided it wasn't right. I reached out to customer service to get some help finding the right shade not expecting anything but a new shade suggestion. Not only did they ask specific questions to get my new. Shade correct, but I was not going to be charged for the new color they were shipping out to me. What incredible service from a company that wants their customers satisfied and happy. Thank you!

I am a new customer and I am pleased with the foundation, it blended into my skin so incredibly well, I was very happy and amazed. I am also overall happy with the lipsticks I have ordered. I purchased Infinity Lip Cream Long-Wear Matte Lip Color and the only thing I would suggest is correcting some of the pictures of the colors of lipsticks on the model's faces, color smear, and arm palette to be more accurate compared to the lipstick's actual color. There are some that are not exact, and I had to return a lipstick because the color was not at all as shown on the website. However, the quality of the lipstick is very, very good and I am pleased with my purchases and will continue to order more.

Any interaction I have had with the company to inquire about a product or request something or order something has always been perfect and immaculate. They are fast they are accurate and they are so eager to please. I have nothing but great things to say about this company. If you are sitting on the fence about ordering something and trying it out don't be hesitant just go for it. It is incredible how the foundation was a perfect match. I have just received a bronzer I find the color is not for me but I did not ask for input on which bronzer to buy. It goes on beautifully it looks beautiful and it is smooth the color is just not the color for me.

I purchased a foundation and primer and when checking out it asked me if I wanted to sign up with auto renewal (which I did not want) and I thought I clicked the "skip" button but apparently the "skip" button was not an option (which I didn't realize until after I entered my credit card information), so after I submitted my purchase, a message came up talking about the auto renewal program that I signed up for. I am very skeptical now with their site saying to try free for 14 days, since I feel like they are being shady and sneaky with the renewal situation. The other thing that crossed my mind now is, when does this 14 day trial actually start…as soon as my order was placed, when they ship it, or once I received it? I'm starting to regret this purchase already and I literally just placed the order.
