I don't do lot of makeup but most of all my products are from MAC. This is my second purchase from this company. I will how quick and how smooth service is but I am still yet to use the product to review it.

I am on my third color try for foundation. Although the customer service ppl are very helpful, I would love to be able to match my color a little bit better! I love the coverage of the product so hopefully third time is a charm.

I ordered a concealer after watching an Instagram ad, and the process was so easy. I didn't like it once it came, so I returned it - and working with customer service during the process was such a pleasant surprise. I love this company.

I kept trying to finish my order but add Ons kept popping up. I thought I had gotten past them all but got an email that I had added a $32 bronzer that I will never use. Bummer.

It is the best mascara I have ever used it lifts your lashes so well in Lincolns down and it's not a fake length it just is the best look to your natural lashes. I will never buy another mascara again as long as they are in business.

When I received my products I was happy with them but just not my foundation color. One email and five minutes later my issue is resolved! Couldn't be happier with the level of customer care this company provides

Experience was very difficult because you are constantly pushing other items for you to purchase that I wasn't interested in. I was only trying to get and try out the foundation.

While the whole experience was quite easy, the ending was a bit odd, almost threatening if you will. "We're giving you 5 minutes to get an item at 20% off. Might not be exact words but the giving you 5 minutes really stuck with me. Ouch maybe think of how it sounds when your sending to a customer

This company is very helpful when you need to ask a question.
