This is the only concealer that blends exactly into my skin and is the perfect match. It's not thick or Cakey like the current concealer I'm using. I had to re-order as I ran out and have been without it for a month and I've noticed a difference in my skin texture. Can't wait until it comes in. The only note I have is that I didn't realize until after I ordered that it contains talc which worries me… wish that the ingredients were more natural but I don't use concealer/makeup much anyways so once in a while it should be fine.
If you have flawless skin, MAYBE the full coverage would be right for you (but then why would you need makeup?), but for me (56 with medium-small pores) it was really bad. Thicker than thick. Accentuated every wrinkle every pore. I felt like a clown and couldn't wait to get it off. Getting it off was not easy! Maybe there is another formula that would have been better but it left such a bad taste in my mouth, not too mention the ridiculously oversized box it comes in, that I won't order another formula. Sorry.
I did the try before you buy and foundation matching quiz and FELL IN LOVE! The match, coverage, and feel is simply perfection! I'm trying to track my order and all I get is the email doesn't exist or no order under this phone number. Now you have my money but not my product.
So I reached out to Customer service initially to change my entire order. I definitely got ahead of myself because I absolutely love what I got. They reached out quickly but because of their fast turn around time with their orders (amazing, by the way) they couldn't do anything. This ended up working out great because now I love what I got and wouldn't have known if I changed everything. They also sent me a coupon code for my inconvenience, which ended up not being an inconvenience at all! 10/10 would recommend!

Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
