I was really not sure what to expect but was totally delighted with the color and the makeup! The foundation is not heavy at all. It covers well and looks natural!
The quiz gave me a really dark color and number 60 which would really look stark. I did the quiz over and it gave me a number 20.
The application is nice and all, but it is not the shade it's supposed to be. It's slightly darker than my skin tone.
They advertise that you can try before you buy and all you pay is shipping. This is NOT true they charged my card for the total purchase! I contacted them and they said the charge would fall off my account? To me that's paying now! I wanted to cancel order and they said nope already shipped! No way it was shipped that fast. They should not even advertise that, they know very well they are just scamming people into thinking they don't pay unless they want to keep the product! I guess it my fault I'm sure there is some fine print to cover themselves.
For being a mail order company the shipping is not acceptable which I had to pay for. 5 Day to send it out expected delivery will be 10 day if it gets here. I don't think that is acceptable. I'll return it!
An extra product was added to my cart and it was charged and I didn't realize how much I had been charged until I went and checked my credit card balance and it charged me two separate charges no idea how that happened not happy I want to cancel my entire order

I wanted to try a foundation, I've never used this brand before. At the end of checkout, it keeps trying to get you to add on more products. I kept pressing skip over and over, and somehow I still ended up with a product I didn't want or would ever have ordered knowingly. I have reached out to customer service and am hoping for a quick response and cancellation. Very frustrating to even have to waste time writing this.
I purchased the power boost serum, power lift plumping cream, and foundation. I used them for the first time this morning, and the serum and plumping cream you don't need a whole lot, a little bit goes a long way. The foundation is a really good match to my skin and it doesn't cake in any of my forehead lines or crows feet. None of these feel heavy either. So far so good on all.
It's disturbing since I expected the amount to reflect back in my account and it's been 5 days it still shows as deducted. If I decide to keep the product I will be charged again which makes it twice and I can't understand why

I've been ordering from this company for several years. Their Icon mascara is unparalleled. I have naturally long but thin eyelashes. This product is perfect—no clumping, no dry flaking, easy to apply. I've gotten a ton of compliments and recommended it to lots of people. I've had super expensive and super cheap mascara and for the most part they're all the same but THIS ONE is worth it.

Feb 13. Still no refund I need help in a return I made of I believe it was the first order. I have yet to receive my refund but they claim they have sent it. I returned it last week. Now I have an order that I thought was cancelled needs to be returned but I have yet to return the first order. I will be out close to $400 Canadian. Please respond and take care of this. I am seeing more and more angry customers as the service is awful. I wish I had read that before I placed these orders. This last order arrived at my home and I am on vacation. I have a neighbour I can pay to do the return. Which is costing me a fortune. If I'm not refunded.
Over a week and that first amount has not been refunded. I need to return the second order. But i feel I will not see either refunds.
Please advise and act ASAP
Ordered the foundation which was a great match, I just made a second purchase which included primer and face hydration serum. I hope to be pleased again!
