I selected the 4 month automatic reorder option and was told I would not have to pay shipping but I was charged a shipping Fee. Not cool.

Always easy and informative. I'm excited to see if this will change my skin as I'm in my late 40's and have wrinkles and puffy eyes with pores you can clearly see. The color is a bit too dark for me. It also shows every crease/line on my face. I just ordered the no filter primer hoping that helps. I do like how lightweight the product feels on my face.

I use almost all of the skincare products and several make-up items and I have almost never been disappointed. And if there was a problem, the customer service took care of my issue immediatly. Very happy customer here!

The product packaging is beautiful. Loved and appreciated the card in the box providing instructions. The products are amazing and I have actually been wearing makeup more frequently because it feels good. I have just placed another order for additional products.

First shade theysen5 was slightly off. They made it easy to exchange it for one that was perfect. Great service. Also, returned the concealer I bought. I normally use it for a dark spot on my cheek. Didn't need it.

My order was delayed by the mail carrier (I think it got lost) so I inquired about it. I received a response within an hour and was immediately taken care of in a fun, helpful way! It's refreshing to receive such great customer service these days!

The match was ok but the coverage is not buildable or full. Problem areas like brown spots and brown capillaries still viable

The add ons checking out were a bit deceiving. I was trying to find the brush and ended up with concealer.

I have been using the foundation and tanning system for a year and LOVE! When I went to switch to re-order a new skin care product vs renew my foundation ( I have lots) I had to go in as a new customer and also missed the power boost cream which I now have to order separate and pay shipping. I also would prefer a choice in free product for renewals as I can't use mascara.

The test was painless, with a good array of questions. The website and payment methods WORKED FABULOUSLY! At no point did I feel like giving up and to top it all I got a free brush application.
Overall, an excellent experience, and my fingers are crossed that the product is equally marvellous.
