1st off, Il Makiage makes good face products. I would skip some of the makeup.
I am BEYOND FRUSTRATED because I am set up on auto replenishment for Power Up Eye Cream, it was supposed to auto ship on 1/15/25. I received an email that my account information needed to be updated before it would ship. I did not understand because the day before I received a shipment from them and nothing has changed since my 1st order.
After ENDLESS emails with the Tech Team getting different answers that were not helpful, the CS Team "lied" and told me it is out of stock. I asked why it appears available online and they could not answer me.
Sooo... I tested it finally this week and placed an order, with another email address as a new order... and guess what, it worked just fine.
There is a glitch and nobody listened to me and fixed it.
They will probably read this and send me a discount code for $10-20, but those are basically bogus, after shipping and taxes you really don't save any money.
At this point, I should be refunded for the product I just paid for, with one of their discount codes for another issue.
My experience with online ordering always is super easy and quick! I love the short discriptions of each item so I can quickly decide what fits my needs best! Love gettting the coupons...
