I've being using IL Makiage for a while and I love it. It has great coverage, light weight and natural look.
I am really enjoying change all my make up to IL Makiage. Anytime I'm unsatisfied they make it right.

I wanted to order went well. The exception adding one more item, in answer to YOUR question, it caused me to have to write in name & address, and other information another time. Time consuming.
Frustrating to not be able to use an earned discount on a new subscription order. So, even if you are signing up for a repeat subscription, you have to choose between that discount and the discount code you earned from other orders. Also, a number of the skin care products have very similar descriptions so it is time consuming and a frustrating use of time to have to go back and forth and try to guess which $50-$80 product you want to invest in without unnecessary product crossover.
They really have great products. I love the concealer. But the most important thing is they stand behind their products. If you aren't satisfied they go above and beyond to take care of your needs.
Was given an email (Mon 4/22/2024 8:13 AM) with a BOGO deal for $100 and an e-code. Ended up not getting the $100 off but only the $59 off the lowest priced item. Not very happy with that outcome.

From the beginning I was struck by the first email I received following up on the foundation I ordered, then I sent an email back letting them know that my foundation was too white for me and they immediately helped me and sent me a different one
I purchased a product with a 14-day free trial, with the stipulation that I would not be charged anything but shipping until the free trial was expired. However, I was charged for shipping plus the full price (including shipping again) immediately upon purchase.
On line was easy to use,I use their foundation I like the product,looking forward to using the new product
I bought just one item, but they send me 4 one suppose to bee a gift the other two they charge me for it. That's not right,I would like to returned all of it.
They tell you you can sample it for 6$ then turn around and charge your account for 116. If the company is going to charge u regardless why are we paying for the sample. This happened in once transaction where it told me my total was 6$ and some change.
The original color of foundation was not correct but without any questions I was sent a color that works.
Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
