First time ordering seed after checking out many sites an went with this one. Liked all the info available from them and also joined the learning program to help me get started this bieng my first time attempting this. Ordered my recomended seeds and 10 days later they arrived. Now I have to review the course and get my supplies in order and hopfully strat a grow in about two weeks. Thank you for the quick honest service and educational info. It helps soo much to be able to get the help and info needed in one place thank you again WOLFGANG
I appreciate the customer service- personalised and very helpful with any "product faults", in that they ensure that one gets 100% results (replaced everything that just happened to be "faulty", regardless of the obvious facts of nature!).

P.S. Even though I had deleted my customer order no. Email (prudently), they looked it up and were to send out the exact amount of "faults", but it seemed to take longer than usual to receive so I let them know, thinking they were still on the way. Meanwhile, they checked the records & found they hadn't been sent, so they sent me double the amount and they arrived safe and sound a week later.
Pretty good considering Aus Post new "once a week delivery service".
Whew, long story short-
Sticking with them!
It took more than 2 months from mailing cash until product arrival, The 1st package did not
Arrive, after notifying ILGM I received my order soon after, I am very pleased with ILGM quick response to this difficult issue.

Ordered my seeds first order didn't get they sent the next order straight away and then got them 12 days later i live in Australia and had no problems
So I placed my oder for my seeds and near immediately it was shipped to me. From the moment I placed my order Robert emailed me loads of info on how to grow my plants. I would definitely order again in the future!
I read that where am located it usually takes 12 days for delivery, mine made it here in 9. And the germination, quickest I have seen, they cracked within 24 hrs. Very happy. I will be ordering again
This is my second order from ILGM team and the Amnesia is quality 100% germanation last time out so let's hope theSE will be the same... I also got 5 gold leaf this time round so ill give them a go too. Thank for your speedy work guys 10 days delivery with the bank holidays was some mean feet. BOOM Let's go XXX

Ordered my seeds had a slight issue with local postal services not delivering. How ever they where replaced immediately and re sent to me. These I received very promptly. Very impressed. Looking forward to seeing these great genetics. Blueberry F5 should be some super amazing Bb. How ever from purchase to communication and delivery a great experience thank you!
Over 2 dozen orders, over 100+ seeds bought out of all them, only 4 seeds failed to germinated Robert promply replaced that is a remarkable record.#### don't buy og kush because I love them and want them for myself
Due to international customs my first delivery did not arrive. As soon as I emailed I had a response back, they verified my shipping address and promptly sent me another replacement shipment. I couldn't be happier with their prompt reply and action. I will definitely use this company again- they couldn't be any better but they continue to try!
I recently ordered from ilgm and to my surprise they had fast shipping it only took 5 days to get them. And 2 didn't germinate and without hesitation they are sending me new ones. They were even going to replace my seeds plus give me an extra one with a future order. Overall i would recommend them.
I made an order with your company and was told to wait about 30 days for it to arrive. After 30 days my order did not show up so I contacted customer service and was told that my order would be re-shipped, in 12 days my order showed up as promised. Needless to say I am very happy with your service and I will be dealing with your company in the future. Again thank you vrery much.
I've got nothing to say but this ilgm, Robert and his staff are off the chain, they take care of you from start to finish, you can't go wrong with these people. The first time I received there product, I call them little gems I just had a feeling that this was going to be as long as I'm alive relationship all I can say is this is a six out of five star rating. I wake up and see, feel, and smell this wonderful life giving plant, what else would you ever need! Iltg there wonderful I'm completely satisfied. Peace out!

This is my first time ordering seed. Took just over 2 weeks from the day I mailed my order for my seed to come in the mail. Everything is just as they promise. Will be ordering more soon.
ILGM has one of the best customer service teams I've ever dealt with. On my first order, I kept it simple figuring if this is a scam I'm only out a small amount of money. Well, not only did I receive my product in a timely manner, but all seeds germinated and bloomed, beautifully. On my most recent order, 2 seeds did not germinate, so after emailing Stacy, my replacement is on the way. That's it, no run around, no jumping through hoops, no delays, and best of all NO PROBLEM. I'm had more trouble with customer service for Walmart.
Even better is the ILGM support forum. Bob has put together the best of the best growers with knowledge to share FOR FREE, all with decades of growing experience, wisdom and again FREE, no purchase even necessary. Couldn't ask for more.
The seed selection is very good. The knowledge is huge for both new and experienced growers. The seeds produce as is written and they forgive and replace if you don't get germination after following their method ( Tried and true).
