At first I was a little concerned because I didn't hear anything after my purchase went through, but about a week or two later it showed up

Great Product! Great and Friendly Customer Service! Timely delivery and delivery support. Informative about the product.

I took a vacation around Memorial Day to visit some family, and upon arriving learned that they were growing their own herbs. I inquired about it some more and they referenced me to ILGM.com

Spent some ample time reading, learning, and figuring out how to prep things to be able to do this on my own. Following their guides, I was able to successfully germinate my seeds and begin growing my own. Although most of the info is pretty good, there are some items here and there which may cause some need to reach out to their support staff

I had the pleasure of speaking with Claire, who was very prompt and helpful with answering my inquiries... particularly with the amounts of fertilizer to use based on the growing phases that my plants are currently in. Was very grateful on how thorough and professional she was, and hope to speak with her again in the future if there's a need for some further information about the overall growing process

This was my first seed purchase, ever, and Lord willing it won't be the last. Making a choice took me the longest with so many seeds to choose from. However ILGM has great info and tips on all seeds. Placing my order was quick and easy. ILGM contacted me via email daily just to make sure I wasn't having stressful thoughts about my order. This will be my first grow and I'll be using ILGM seeds. ILGM is a great seed bank. I placed an order and shipping was fast but the USPS screwed up thg he delivery and ILGM resent my order. Very good customer service. Will buy from them again.

I recently ordered Nov 2022 20 GDP 20 Wedding Cake, 20 Gorilla Dosi and 20 Gorilla Glue. I popped 14 seeds and only 2 made it. ILGM wants to 'Work' with me. But I Will Never Purchase seeds from them again. SOS for Me.

Just wanted to say thanks and let others know how great these guys are to deal with. I was concerned about buying seeds this way, would they really ship them? Would they be any good? Why are these cheaper? I put all of those questions to the test. They prove themselves and never had a sorry dude, your fault response.
First shipment was intercepted. I contacted them and another packet of seeds was sent. I had some troubles as the seeds sprouted but would not grow. I contacted these guys again and another packet was sent. Being legally allowed to grow 4 plants I sprouted four immediately. First crop went well and harvest was great. Regenerated two plants for another harvest. Being legal realized I didn't have to fight the summer heat and worked on the grow room. First of the month I wanted to start the fall crop. Put 4 seeds out to sprout. 2 sprouted within 24 hours, the other 2 within 36 hours. Could not be happier. Great product, great service. Highest recommendation to all. I will be ordering Northern Lights soon.

I had some issue with my first order from ILGM. Ordered 15 seeds and in two separate attempts at germinating, none of the 15 germinated. Unsure if it was an issue with the seeds, shipping or me. Probably me. Emailed ILGM, an the next day I had a reply. Was told to send the seeds back and ILGM would replace. I explained being in USA, the back and forth of the seeds would take a month or longer. Stacey, the CS rep agreed to send immediately. I have my new seeds and ILGM has a happy and loyal customer. Thanks again Stacey and ILGM.
