I don't like the toothpaste for children 1-4 years old. It has good taste and smells good too, but I have a feeling that it has no effect. The only advantage - your child can eat it and definitely will like it.
There is no any information about our order. Given tracking no.is also faulty. N estimated time of delivery is also wrong. I THINK ITS A FRAUD SITE.

Yes, good pricing, all set in UK sterling to lure you in, but as other have said, you get slapped not just with Duty as they are based in the States, but also a large fee from DHL.
I refused my parcel, and then Iherb said they would have to abandon my order as they were not paying the shipment charge back from DHL! Therefore they would not be refunding me! What a rip off, they have my money and are not abiding to internet shipping laws, which states I have a right to return within 7 days! Avoid, you will be ripped off!
People in India beware buying anything from iherb.com. This online site in India specifically making people mad here. Look at the price which is so attractive however, once you buy they add additional charges by their DHL partner which is more than the product price. Also, they don't disclose the additional expenses imposed by DHL partner anywhere during your shopping with them nor by DHL partner. They only ask money once they deliver the product. I tell you why...
They reach you home and ask for custom duty charges which if you see the amount you may faint after seeing the amount to be paid. AND IF YOU REFUSE to accept the product what they say see it "your additional taxes amount more than the product price hence you will have either to accept the product and pay the DHL Partner whatever they ask you to pay or we will dispose your shipment.
There is no control over these kind of businesses in India by the Government. I am in touch with the legal Adviser so that this site should be banned of doing there businesses here and will strongly get them banned in India.
I would not recommend in my country people should buy anything before having any confirmation of the final price of the product to be paid for the shipment and later on they kind of robbed and spoil there money on these stupid online sites which have a moto not other than naking fool of others...

Best experience ever I had low price and two days shipment by UPS to Dublin, IE. UPS phoned me just few min. After I've eaten my breakfast that they will come in in few minutes and it was that. SHop is Genius great price and fast shipemt together with a broad range of assortmnet convinced me to use them in future.

Their product may be cheaper but first they charge you much higher delivery and once the order is despached you will be charged additional delivery charges by DHL in total they charged me £25.00 for an order of £10 protein powder and when I contacted customer service they emailed back saying it will take 2 months to get a refund! They should be banned...

I purchased some. Basic baking items from. Iherb (baking powder baking soda vanilla etc) worth usd 50/-. During purchase there was a flat rate of usd 8 for shipping to. India. Obviously. I was pleased and placed my order. I received it in a 4 days however, i was asked to. Cough up usd 41/- as duty charges! For something basic and usd 50 worth i. Coughed up an equal amount in these ridiculous duty, edu cess, handling fees etc which i was completely unaware that it would.be almost 100% of purchase cost! Please don't fall. For their website prices as nowhere they mention even the ballpark. Figures u will. End up paying under duty charges upom receipt. Ripped off for aboit 100 dollars total!, that too in india rupees. Avoid at all. Costs!

I was very impressed with the speed and quality of the shipment I received. I knew the products were going to be great, and I was so pleased to open the shipment. It was securely packaged and all of the liquid-type items were wrapped in plastic bags and taped shut to prevent leaks. Nothing did, but it was nice that they were so concerned about the quality of everything arriving in-tact. Excellent job!

I ordered Bluebonnet's dual action protein powder from iHerb on 23 September for INR 3269. 33 because they are offering it at a very low price. Five days later, DHL guy arrived at my doorstep to deliver this order and asked me to pay INR 5068 as a custom duty. I denied taking the delivery because custom duty was way more than the product cost itself. Now they will deduct 20% re-stocking fee + shipping costs and refund the remaining amount back. I would not buy anything from this website again.
Update: Now on October 6,2015, I received an email from them saying "Since return cost was $61.93, it was requested for order to be abandoned." Wow! That means I wouldn't get any refund. This is SCAM. I just lost INR 3269. 33 ($49.95) and didn't get the product as well. I would repeat it again - if you're an Indian buyer, stay away from this creepy website.
Hi, I shop with iherb fairly often. The prices are the best I've seen anywhere, my local health food store charges almost triple to what iHerb charges. Also they have a huge selection of many many different items. I think iherb is great and I'll keep coming back. Thanks!

I ordered something from them on Sep 12th and according to them and Fedex the stuff was delivered on 23 Sep. I live in London (UK) and have always received all my US parcels - this one never reached me and iherb staff was unhelpful and refused to refund USD50! STAY AWAY!
I have been purchasing my vitamin needs from this company for a couple of years - they generally have what I need in stock and have shipped within a few days. I like it that there is a history of what you have ordered online for you to see.

Answer: Well dont order from india. When the product will come to your door you will be surprised by the extra custom cost which is almost the price of your product. It happened with me i am from gujarat and i found out later that it happened with many others
Answer: Yes you will be charged extra, they dont make it clear when you place an order, but I was asked to pay an extra £15 sterling before they would deliver my goods to my home, so I refused and am waiting a refund of my order which they now tell me will take up to 6 months, not a good company to deal with, buy from home if I were you, I will not purchase from america again.
