I contacted the ifax customer care when I wanted to cancel my subscription. They were diligent and offered me super discounted offers to continue with the services. Sadly, I didn't have the need of faxing anymore and had to decline their offer.

The application is easy to trust with its distinct features. When I sent a fax to London and it failed, I got a mail from the ifax team outlining all the reasons for the fax failure. I even got all the credits I used for the fax back in my account 5 minutes later. Simply marvelous!

Impressive user-interface and great services. Will gladly recommend ifax to my friends and family if they ever needed to fax documents.

The ifax website has a great user interface. The sales team is very convincing and prompt. They ensure that you have no questions left after a demo. Ifax team negotiated a customized quote after the demo. It was the cheapest I've been offered by an online fax service provider. The website and application are simple to use. The dashboard is pretty informative. Really happy with the overall services.

I used ifax a few days ago to send some documents to Spain.The application Worked effortlessly. I didn't even need to sign up or create an account to Send the documents. A perfect solution to all faxing problems.

It is a scam, I had the misfortune to be fooled into thinking it is a real business... Once you put in your info you will have a series of frustration and regret, not limited to them trying to charge your card(the 'fax service' doesn't even exist, yet, auto non stop computer generated emails(regardless of you contacting them to cancel)are non stop and relentless. I am trying to figure out who to contact in the UK to get this scam shut down! DO NOT GIVE THIS SCAM SITE ANY OF YOUR INFO, YOU WILL BE SORRY IF YOU DO!

I started signing up because they advertised a seven day free trial. After I put in my card information it took me to a page where I could pick my plan. After seeing how expensive it was, I left the website without finishing signing up. My bank blocked the first charge, then two weeks later they charged me again. I contacted the company and they said they couldn't give me a refund because I purchased a fax number, which they said nothing about. When I replied explaining that I never finished registration I got the same generic response. I never got any sort of welcome email, never used the service and had to set up a password to cancel the account I never created. If you accidentally give them your card number just cancel it because they will charge you!

I bought this app and it turned out to be a complete waste of money. I needed to fax some documents and didn't have a fax machine in a 25 mile radius. So decided to try the app and pay for it, but every time I try to take the fax picture it ended up being too dark. So I ended up sending multiple faxes only so that the other person can tell me that they cannot accept them because they are too dark. I really want my money back for this app and advise people not to get it.
