This site is great. Always a little nervous to buy a big item over the internet. Bought a Samsung 75" at a great price. Delivered as expected no attempt to bait and switch will be buying another unit from this site.

After reading lots of reviews about bait and switch, broken merchandise, slow delivery times etc. on all the online TV sales sites, I was more than a little worried about buying a TV over the internet. Then I found iElectrca, as hard as I searched I couldn't find a bad review about them. I crossed my fingers and placed my order. My TV (>$4,200.00,75", 4K Ultra HD) came quickly. The packaging was in immaculate condition, and everything worked perfectly out of the box. Everyone I spoke to at iElectrica while asking questions before buying, and then later when placing my order was polite, knowledgeable and made me feel like my business was appreciated. From now on I will only buy my TVs from iElectrica. I feel lucky to have found them.

I was "skeptical" at 1st. Great price and all. Then, upon further research i found this store to be above board and 100% customer focused. Instead of ordering online, I called and spoke with a very knowledgeable person. He answered all my questions and supplied me with an accurate NON CHANGING price. I purchased and it was delivered on time and in pristine condition. I look forward to purchasing again when the need arises!

Excellent info over the phone - quick delivery. "White Glove" delivery wasn't much - just took off the top of the box & looked at the panel. We thought TV would have been put in place and turned on. Not the fault of ielectrica - I should have asked.

I was very apprehensive to think about buying a $7000 Samsung 78 inch on line. Ielectrica.com is the only sight that places their toll free number right at the top. After talking with them I felt at ease. I asked all kinds of questions and with their answers I ordered over the phone. My TV came early and in perfect condition. I am recommending that anyone interested in great prices and better service use Ielectrica, Hands down the best in the world.

Ielectrica really came through for me in my search for one of the last great plasma tvs. I had ordered one previously from a different company and it arrived damaged. A nightmare. I ran across ielectrica searching on Amazon and decided to give them a call. To my surprise a real person answered and went out of their way to answer all the questions and concerns I had. Long story short. I got a great price, the TV was delivered with white glove service on time and in great shape. I would buy from them again and I highly recommend ielectrica. Answer: Yes. I just received my TV last week. It comes with a factory warranty from Samsung. It is brand new. Not B stock. Not open box. Not refurbished. The warranty checks out with Samsung registration as a genuine, valid Samsung warranty. You can register it online, like any other retail product.

Answer: TERRIBLE! I received this email, after paying $150.00 for a 5 yr inhome repair. My TV is ONLY 1.5 yrs old. I'M DONE WITH THEM! They first ask for images of your TV screen to view and decide if its worthy of a repair, next you'll receive one of these BS emails! Hope all is well. We are having trouble locating an alternate service provider within your area that can service televisions. In this type of circumstance, we will need you to hire a service center directly and obtain an estimate of repairs.
