IELECTRICA checked out with customer reviews and on the Better Business Bureau ao I decided to give them a try since the price was substantially lower for the TV I wanted. I spoke to 2 separate sales/customer service reps during my purchase and they were both very helpful and available during business hours. I felt like I was dealing with a small mom and pop, getting personal attention for this online business. TV came 7-10 days after order, delivery service was excellent, prices are fantastic. I would recommend to me friends.

I just received 75" Samsung 4ktv and I must say thanks to the people at ielectrica especially joe who help me with my with the buying of my tv. Every thing went as they it would the shipment was on time, the tv was in good condition, and the price was right. I was very skeptical about purchasing a LG 55EG9600 television from iElectrica due to the fact that the price was so much lower than the competitors. I spent an entire weekend looking for complaints or bad reviews and only found POSITIVE feedback about iElectrica. I decided that I would call and see if this was for real and I spoke with a nice gentleman named Shawn (Sean?). He was friendly, informative and quite helpful. He explained that they just run an efficient low-margin business. So I made the choice to purchase the TV. Shortly after my purchase, the shipping company contacted me to schedule a day and a time. (Also very friendly) It came EXTREMELY fast. The unit was factory sealed and worked perfectly. IElectrica has won my business and I hope to be a repeat shopper. Thank you!

Answer: Yes. I just received my TV last week. It comes with a factory warranty from Samsung. It is brand new. Not B stock. Not open box. Not refurbished. The warranty checks out with Samsung registration as a genuine, valid Samsung warranty. You can register it online, like any other retail product.

Answer: TERRIBLE! I received this email, after paying $150.00 for a 5 yr inhome repair. My TV is ONLY 1.5 yrs old. I'M DONE WITH THEM! They first ask for images of your TV screen to view and decide if its worthy of a repair, next you'll receive one of these BS emails! Hope all is well. We are having trouble locating an alternate service provider within your area that can service televisions. In this type of circumstance, we will need you to hire a service center directly and obtain an estimate of repairs. The pre-approved amount for a service call is $100.00 which you will be fully reimbursed for upon submitting a paid invoice.
