Entire transaction went as promised.
I found a lower price advertised online, and when I asked ielectrica to match it, they informed me that the lower price was advertised by a retailer with a history of not selling their products for the advertised price, so they would not match it. I did research and found that the other seller did not have a good review reputation, so ielectrica may have been correct, but I have no way of knowing for sure.
Otherwise ielectrica did perforem as advertised with no problems on my end, and the TV came in it's original sealed box, and in new condition. So no complaints from me.

TV arrived in good condition but took a a bit longer to arrive
Ordered the 65 LG OLED it arrived on schedule without any damage to the box. Hooked up easy and have been enjoying the set every since. I was nervous making a large purchase from a company I had never heard of before. I definitely recommend this company and will purchase from them again.

Ordered LG OLED65E6P on 1/31/17. Received the TV via motor freight AM trucking on 2/10/17. Unit in perfect condition and working order. Most amazing picture on a TV set I've ever seen! Ielectrica had one of the best prices on the Internet! My third large screen TV purchase on line. And, with establishments like Ielectrica, you can always be confident when you do business with them, they do what say. Great experience here! I highly recommend Ielectrica!

Outstanding price for item. Merchandise exactly as described. Customer service responsive, friendly, and helpful when glitch occurred with my debit card and again when a problem popped up with delivery (t'was shipper's, not iElectrica's, fault but iElectrica stepped right up). Product delivered timely and exceeds my high expectations. A fine experience!

I was skeptical about ordering on line given the price and number of scammer TV sellers out there, especially in the NY and NJ area. Made a few calls to some of these places...totally different and pleasant experience with IElectrica...almost to good to be true...but they delivered within a few days of my order...which was very impressive. I needed customer support because I had to pay with money orders, but they handled all of that perfectly. Great company and would highly recommend!
