I purchased an extended warranty, and there was no information given to me to provide details on how to obtain service.

Ordered a QLED tv from ielectrica, the ad clearly stated FREE shipping. Was contacted two days later and was told there was $129 mandatory shipping insurance. Avoid this SCAM of a company.

Outstanding communication and prompt shipment. Received my 82" tv one day earlier! Extremely professional staff. It was a refreshing experience.

I am very pleased with my shopping experience with ilectrica.com for our new Samsung TV. Order was filled 100% to my expectations and will be a returned customer. They answered questions that I had and were very professional with the answers.

Overall, i am happy. I think you should work on your delivery some. I received a tracking number from the air cargo. It said delivery next day. I called the next day,friday and was told i would get a call monday or tuesday for delivery. My TV sat 20 minutes from my house for 5 days.

Tv looks brand new. No issues so far. Fast shipping.
