I was having a positive experience with them until I became pregnant. They stated that I could not get treatments while pregnant so I didn't... fast-forward, had the baby, tried to reschedule and got denied! Mind you I had already paid for the treatments in full and only got like 3 sessions on 3 body parts when I paid for like 12 sessions each on 7 body parts! Not only that but they said my contract expired when they're the ones who told me I had to take the time off. No where did it say to only sign if you don't plan on becoming pregnant within the time of the contract. It's such a scam, I can't believe I fell into it.

Just horrible services! Nurse who are not trained about beauty! They are good for hospital but jot in beauty industry! Rude nurses! Do they know how much client paid for those freakin services? I regret purchasing treatment from this lousy place! Thought it was a fancy place to have my beauty treatment but they don't even provide blanket! No basic cleaning of face before treatment! And they don't numb your skin before performing those insanely painful laser!
I had 2 nurses who were $#*!ed up my day! I had terrible headache after the ultratherphy and BBL because it was so painful procedure without numbing cream.
Regret Regret Regret! Go find somewhere else to do anything just not IDEAL IMAGE!

Very unhappy customer. Wanted to get rid of my stomach Was guaranteed by a he sales rep for $3400 I would get a flat stomach. 8 months & stomach has not gone down even 1/2". Paid $250 to get rid of wrinkles around my mouth. 3 mos still have wrinkles. Have made over 20 calls being told someone will return my call. 4 months still no return call. Would not recommend Ideal Image. They r liars & a scam. Would rate -5 but it won't let me

I had such a great experience coming here! I was greeted as soon as I arrived by Shanena Yeager who had a bright smile and made me feel comfortable right from the start. I love that she listened to all at my questions and really helped me understand both procedures that I had going on. She is extremely professional and a perfectionist
She also has a very gentle touch when using the needles for Botox! She made me feel safe and comfortable! She is extremely down to earth and a breath of fresh air! I will definitely be coming back to get more procedures with her! I left very happy. It can be scary going to a brand new place, being that I just moved here from LA, but this place was for sure a Godsend! I have to say my only problem was I couldn't leave her a tip because they do not allow us to do so

I paid for the membership and 2 syringes. I was told that I could use the $250 for lip fillers (Which was un true). When I went in for my appointment. I requested they used both syringes. They did not do so and said they did. After swelling went down I went back in and was told I could use another syringe. So not only did they not use all syringes I purchased they wanted me to purchase more. The day I left I was told an office manager would call me back. It's been a month now. I have sent several emails and calls to the clinic for someone to call back. To this day there no one has returned my call or email. Verry disappointed in their services and not doing as they say.

Extreme disappointment and deception with Ultherapy.
Painful burning sensation rapid heart rate and rise in blood pressure and this all happened within the first ten minutes. Impossible to continue the first session. The attendant stated someone would phone me at the beginning of next week. No one from Ideal Image ever phoned me. I called in mid-week. I spoke with two gals, the second woman stated that she would phone me soon. Ha lies, she never called back. I
Also, I telephoned the day after the "first" session and told them "I am canceling the second session which was scheduled seven days later. They have not yet reimbursed two grand I had to prepay.

This does NOT work, I got 4 sessions and saw ZERO results. I mean like NO change at all whatsoever. It was hard to make appointments because all places didn't have enough nurses. My contract ended up expiring and I still have to pay what's left. NEVER again! Don't waste your money.

The rating speaks for itself. Ideal Image has a F rating with the Better Business Bureau. I recommend that you do something other than cool sculpting because for me it did not work. I called to get a refund because I did not lose any weight or inches. They can say that it was my diet or I didn't exercise, but even if I didn't exercise or diet I should have lost something somewhere!. I started this journey of disappointment in July 2021 and by January 2022 nothing changed. With zero results! When I asked for a refund I was sent to be reevaluated. That was fine but when I said that nothing changed I was told I could have more sessions but it would cost me. When I finally got in touch with someone by the name of Abby to discuss the refund I was told that I would not get a refund because I signed for areas to have the cool sculpting applied but not for results. You know the saying which is a coverall "Results may vary". So RUN and don't look back! If you do decide to do the cool sculpting then read the contract thoroughly!

I was told that I could take as much time as needed in between laser appointments due to me being a student. Then the pandemic hit and I was not traveling back home as much to be able to do my appointments. When I called recently, I was told my contract expired. EXPIRED! I was never warned about this, never emailed, and never told in the first place that there was an end date. This is an extremely expensive place that I was TOLD I COULD WAIT. I was also told that I would stop seeing hair after the 5th treatment, which was a blatant lie. I am furious. Not to mention the lady was rude on the phone and it is impossible to talk to anyone. Notice how it is impossible to write a review on their website despite claims of a 5 star rating? Horrible business, horrible people. Take your money elsewhere.

Overall the actual laser hair treatment worked. I still have some hair that grows back after my nine sessions, but it did work in thinning it out. HOWEVER, my one star comes from the company being so bogus. I got two medium areas done and it's embarrassing to say that I got scammed by their pricing. They claimed I was getting a "deal" yet it cost me over 2k to get the two areas done... but there's places all around my area that do it for significantly cheaper AND their reviews are better. I spent well over 1k more at Ideal Image than I would have elsewhere. And they make the sell of "you can go to any of our locations and your touch ups are cheaper than the normal price". Well their touch up price is still more than the originial price at other places. Then on top of that, they try to make it difficult for you to schedule new appointments so you don't get all of your sessions done in the 16 month time frame - that way you end up losing out on sessions you already paid for. Like I said, their machines work. But do yourself and your bank account a favor and go somewhere else.

Horrible! A sham. Poor customer service. Horrible results. Don't do it! Finally someone is calling me when I complained. I call them back, no one ever contacts me again.
They upsold. They are a scam posing as legit.
I pressed my buzzer multiple times for help from nurse due to pain. No one ever came.

I have been doing business with Ideal Image since 2018.

I have bought and paid for a brazilian, mustache, chin and underarm treatments that have not been completed due to other personal reasons and covid.

I have one treatment that is not fully paid for and is owed a back due balance due to losing my job and cannot afford the monthly payments currently or can pay the back payment as I lost my job August of 2021. This specific treatment is for full leg (both).

My problem is, they will not continue or finish treatments of what has been paid in full for due to the one treatment I am unable to pay at the moment. I have talked to the Fox Point, Wisconsin location where I get my treatments and they stated when there is a past due balance, they cannot schedule. I talked to customer service and was told the same thing.

Now, there is some way I am sure to get around that and they're just not going to do it.

I feel that I have been ripped off as my paid treatments cannot be finished and I have spotty hair growth which is embarrassing when it grows out.

I feel I should be given a refund for the treatments that have been paid for. These treatments all have a lifetime touch up guarantee but I can't even get the actual treatments done to a past due balance of a treatment area that I am not asking to be treated. I just want what I paid for to be completed until I can pay for the treatment I am behind on.

I want a refund of treatments not finished for my brazilin, face and underarms and my contract cancelled for my legs.

I contacted them inquiring about fillers for a couple scars on my cheeks and was talked into ultherapy. I was told it would be a life changer for me. I had to wait two months for an appointment and when I had the treatment done, it was very painful. By that evening, I had welts all over my face and blisters on my chin. I contacted them and sent pictures to be told it was normal. After researching, I knew it was not normal and must have been done incorrectly. I was also told there was zero downtime. This was very untrue for me as my face took weeks to heal. Nine months later, I had zero results. I would not recommend ever having ultherapy done here and going to a doctor that knows what they are doing.

I was finally told today that I would not receive a refund. I have had 1 botox treatment and canceled my contract.The treatment didn't work and I was lied to by the salesperson.And they said I would still have to pay even if I am no longer interested in anything more from them. All the woman said was that I could come in for more treatments. I ask her how could you keep making me pay for treatments if I do not receive any. She said You signed a contract. Still no way of refunding any money.

I tried to handle this with the management before coming to complain on social media.(based on their response, here I am) So here I am. I purchased botox 'for the face'... and when I got to my appointment I was told they don't do the whole face (face, as I wasn't concerned about the neck - which they don't do either). So now I have to go to another spa to finish up what I always have done (areas around the mouth and chin for example). They didn't offer me an out the day of the appointment, and management's response to me refers to the contract which apparently says we have no outs or options...! Just dishonest practices. WARNING they don't do the face - they do a small portion of the face. They could have been honest! Since they have my money I will go to get what I can out of what I paid... but I won't go again!

High pressure tactics and promises, when I tried to follow through on promises, they came back with fine print and refused what they had promised verbally. After considerable effort, Lost $2,700.00

I've been trying to get help regarding a refund for almost a month now. I've called and emailed several times to speak with Erin Moore who apparently is the only person who handles refunds. I can't get any kind of communication or anything background here. I asked to have her supervisor or manager call and still no help. I completely REGRET signing up with Ideal Image at all but now that I can only get a refund for the membership I'd like to at least get that back. If you're thinking about it... Be sure you're 100% certain and that nothing in your life changes because you will not get your $ back for services.
