Went on 09/03/2021 for cool sculpting on my inner thighs. The nurse that did it had me sitting in a chair and the device was not able to make full contact. The procedure was very painful and did absolutely nothing. I went back three months later for after pictures and the nurse that took them said there was absolutely no difference and that it should not have been done with me in a sitting position. Since this time I have contacted ideal image over 30 times for some kind of resolution since I still have credit for two more sessions that I will absolutely not do. I talked to Ashley, Casey and Abigail and I have got different answers. I was told I could get a credit for the two treatments I did have done and then a refund for the two treatments I did not have done. I have called every week and every time they say someone will call me and they don't. This is ridiculous.
Do not waste your money here and go to an accredited business (BBBwebsite). Don't believe any promises they make you because they do not follow through with any of it and their contracts will strip you of your money and your rights. Do not sign anything and don't believe anything they tell you. Worse than used car salesmen. $3300 down the drain!
They charge outrageous prices and promise treatments then they don't fulfill the agreement by delaying scheduling! They use the constant excuses of being short staffed then they say they are a very popular location so they have a bunch of clients so that's why there are major delays between treatments! All lies! They do this to only treat you a minimal
Amount of times so their ROI is great while yours is little to none. I literally purchased $2500 worth of a years laser hair treatments and received 4 treatments to be told my year was about to be up. First, they NEVER told me that the cost and agreement was for a year! I was told I would receive a minimum of 6 to 8 treatments. There was never a mention of a year to do these or I would have definitely complained way earlier on with the scheduling. I literally couldn't get an appointment for 2 to 4 months between my treatments! Add that together and that equals 4 max visits a year, which the company is robbing people by doing this! Brilliant way to SCAM people and make huge profit margins. I put in a BBB complaint and they said i wasn't eligible for a partial refund but they would extend my time for treatments. When I asked if they could guarantee me treatments every 7 to 8 weeks until the end of the extension, they told me to call my local branch for scheduling! Huh?! I just told you that scheduling has been the problem from day 1 but your solution is for me to call them and just accept that! Not happening. I'll make sure as many people as possible know the scam this unethical organization is running on people everyday! Don't waste your time or money, please! There are a lot of other reputable places to go and spend HALF THE MONEY and get your treatments!

My first appointment went well, but my second appointment went horribly. The nurse left me in the room for 20 minutes past my session time with the coolscuplting equipment still attached to my stomach. I kept screaming for help and no one came. I ended up getting up with the machine still attached to my stomach, opened the door and started screaming for help.
I have also had several booking issues where they have scheduled me incorrectly and then having issues with getting on the calendar because they are now full. Example, only scheduling me for 1 cycle instead of 2-4 for my stomach.
Wow, sounds like this company is struggling and now I see why. I have a contract from 2006 for laser hair removal. Lifetime touch ups guaranteed for 40 dollars. They hassle me every time I go in, that they want to charge more. The last time they said they would have to charge 75 dollars. I didn't get my treatment. I have talked to someone in corporate that says that she emailed my treatment center to put in my notes that I pay 40 dollars. I called to make an appt. And they say that now they will have to find my contract and get back with me. They also say that if I make an appt., within 10 minutes of getting an email, that I have to go online and give them a credit card number or that the appt. Will get cancelled. Do you think that I trust this company with my credit card. NOOOO. Now I see why they are rated one and a half stars. Thinking about my next option. Do not use Ideal Image!
I wanted botox (not my first time) - i had to go through a screening that was more about selling a 'membership' than assessing my needs. I was referred to Stephanie directly and my appointment confirmed with her and when I showed up someone else serviced me... The 24 units I had for the area between my eyes at minimum should have been adequate for 20 units and I still have a deep line on one side. When I had the treatment they said - if you don't see distinct results call us back and come in and we can assess and fill in. No mention of additional cost to the $650 cash I paid. I called at the time stated (10+ days after) and had to make an assessment appointment then would be 'sold' what i needed to complete the job! RIDICULOUS! I would have never paid $1 much less $650 when it was 39% higher than I ever paid before! I will never return, won't refer and will take my money and expectations elsewhere! Go somewhere else - SO Disappointed at their focus on $$ and not customers! Membership this and extra fees for that!
Please read everything if you want to save your money. One day, I came to Ideal Image to get some information on laser hair removal. However, instead of going over eligibility, they were quite aggressive about wanting me to sign the contract. The guy, representative, was very inpatient. I felt so much pressure. I should have said no, but I didn't. Foolishly, I paid all the amount up front because I was getting a better discount this way, and I was hoping that tomorrow will be a better day. I was told that the technician will go over details tomorrow when I come for my appointment. Before my appointment they email me the health form to fill up. As soon as I arrived, the technician ( very respectful girl) approached me. She started to go over health history, and it appeared that I had some contraindications, as a result they could not perform laser treatment until I get dermatologist approval. At this point, I decided that I do not want to proceed with their service. I felt like they did everything unprofessionally. The technician said that she will send the cancelation request to her manager and someone will contact me within next 24 hours. No-one did. I called them again. This time I was told that it will take 2-5 business days before someone calles me. I waited patiently 5 days. No-one did. I called again, and this time they transferred me to a manager. She said that I will not get a refund untill I get the doctor's note. Now, I wanted to talk to her supervisor. She connected me to a super rude and unprofessional person. She said that since I signed a contract, there gonna be no refun. That I have to bring the note from the doctor, and only after that they will see how much money they will give me back. WHAT? Guess what, I went to a dermatologist. He didn't provide me with the clearance report, because he doesn't want to take their responsibilities. He said, that laser place should have professional dermatologist. I informed Ideal Image, and still no money back
In a year I Had been paying for this service and now in more than a year I only had 1 appointment. The other day was finally my second appointment. I had to drive almost an hour because they did not have available space in other places. I went to this place and when I arrive they told me the nurse was sick so they will have to call me to re eschedule. I want my money back they never have available space and for hair removal you need to do it every 4 to 6 weeks in order treatments work. Very bad service to give you an appointment
Results were minimal, price was higher than competitor. Initially recommended to do six applicators on the first visit and four on the second visit. Compared to Associated Skin Care it looked like a better value, $3795 versus $500 per applicator. At treatment the nurse instead decided on four applicators on the first visit and two on the second. The results were poor. The treatment they wound up choosing was $795 more than what the competitor would have charged. Yet they insisted we had used up the treatments and would have to start over and pay for any additional applicators. I typed and provided this information to give Ideal Image a chance to make it right but received no response.
This place is a scam and a rip off. My appointments have been canceled as I'm sitting IN THE OFFICE and then told my prepaid purchases "have expired". Then im told to look out for a phone call to extend the service, which no phone call EVER came! Now my yearly contract is going to expire and I have not been able to get any resolution to my case. This is absolutely ridiculous! I have asked to speak to a manager and am just given the run around.
This company is a fraud! They will take your money without you even knowing about it. They talked to me on the phone and without me even knowing about it they enrolled me into their lifetime membership program. I told them I did not know that I enrolled into their program and they said that since I agreed to talk to them that I was agreeing to enroll into their program so now they are charging me $250 a year without knowledge. I even had my back and their lawyers get involved and had them stop payment and they still the following year sent me a $250 charge on my bank statement. So beware of this Company. I called them on it they said " Oh we are sorry we will remove those charges." They never have. They lied. So I had to have my bank remove them…. This Company is a total FRAUD. THEY SHOULD BE BANDED FROM BEING IN BUSINESS...
Don't do it! I had multiple Cool sculpting treatments on 3 different areas of body over a year and there has been zero change. Zero! It does not work. I could have spent just as much on lipo (almost $7000) which would have 100% worked. Lesson learned. Now, saving up for lipo.
For new and old clients buyer beware! Ideal Image recently changed their booking process. In the past when you schedule an appoint it was confirmed, followed by text reminders. Then you'll arrive and complete your services. However, for those not aware, the new process is, when you call your appoint is NOT confirmed. Apparently, it's followed up with an email so that you may confirm time and date. There is not an alternative line of communication such as texting or leaving voicemail any longer. The problem with this new booking process, you must confirm your appointment within 10 minutes via email or it's cancelled. I guess they feel as consumers we do not have any schedules, a busy life, or circumstances does not happen for the expectation to obtain a response in 10 minutes or less. Here's the fact, I didn't have a clue when the email will be sent but yet it's expected a response must be provided within the 10 minutes allotted. Also, they're making assumptions the email was received in order to respond accordingly. However, I did not receive an email and my appointment was canceled without any follow up attempts. I paid a significant amount of money for services to be render and there should be the expectation when a client calls to make an appointment their times and dates are confirmed. I don't know about others but my time is valuable so the expectation of being serviced when I call and make an appoint should stand. Also, I called the servicing location in Buckhead for assistance and was placed on hold for 10-minutes then the line was later disconnected. This is poor customer service at its best. There's no problem when it's time to take our money but when it comes time to providing services we must play the game of cat and mouse. So for new customers who don't want to deal with poor customer service I would suggest you look elsewhere. Please consider obtaining services from another company offering the same products and services. Check with your dermatologist office.
I will never go back to ideal image again. I have purchased several hair removal treatments from them in the last several years. I've done almost my whole body. I purchased 2 more areas during COVID-19 (2020) and they had to cancel on me a few times due to nurses being out or some COVID related reason. That was absolutely understandable! But they refused to extend my contract. This was no fault of my own so now I'm out my last treatment for my legs and 2 treatments on my Brazilian. I'm extremely disappointed! They've lost a loyal customer
Update: they had a lady call me and leave me voicemail soon after my review. She was extremely unprofessional and her tone of voice sounded like she hated her job. She was extremely snarky and rude on the voicemail. This company has gone down hill. I legitimately will never go back.
Had a consultation with Ideal Image over Zoom, and was told they could get me in for an appointment today for services. Purchased the membership and services in advance based on this. The location contacted me this morning and said they would have to reschedule me and they were 2 months out - typical bait and switch. I immediately requested a full refund, and was told they would open a case and get back to me. When I called corporate customer service the incredibly rude and unprofessional representative said someone would review my case and get back to me in 3-5 days to get more information. When I asked what more information was needed she didn't know; when I asked to be transferred to someone who would know she put me on hold for 5 minutes, came back and said no one was available, and hung up on me. I have waited the 3-5 days with no response. I have sent emails, no response. I have called every day this week and sat on hold for 20 minutes or more, still nothing. This is the worst company to deal with, stay far, far away.
After speaking with a consultant on a video call, I paid for a service over the phone on 12/07/2021, canceled the treatment after the initial visit, and they have not refunded my money. The visit was not welcome for my daughter or me. They had me making facial expressions stating against a wall. I was informed that the treatment I was looking for was not something they offered, but they knew what it was. I told them to cancel the treatment and started the refund process because they didn't provide the treatment I purchased over the phone. No treatment was not performed, or I even used the chair to sit since they had me standing with my daughter. Since December 2021, I started the refund process and again in February 2022 with no refunds on my bank yet. I have the agreement termination dated 02/10/2022 with no deposits on my bank. Their responses have been different from different individuals. Some of them; the refund was not technically processed until 03/03/2022, we don't have your documents signed, wait four more weeks, the refund bounced back. Today, 03/09/2022, I'm still looking for an honest response and asked them several times to send me an email with these communications and confirmations.
Been to ideal image 3 separate times and walked away feeling that the staff there did what was best for myself personally, all staff was friendly and personable would definitely go back again
DO NOT fall into the trap of this unprofessional, unorganized so called company. I do not ever do reviews but the Little Rock, AR office is so bad I want to share what is going on here. This office is very unprofessional and has no management? (or that is what the staff say, "she's not here; she comes like once a month"). They have rescheduled and rescheduled and rescheduled me numerous times. *Locked me in a contract for X months and did not tell me how once you're in the contract (and put down a large down pymt might I add) they will and can just keep rescheduling your appointments. I have been there TWICE in the last 8 months, and supposed to have had 6 treatments by now. The office staff is unprofessional, does not know what is going on, and frankly does not care. I'm warning you DO NOT make the mistake I did and waist your $.
Ideal Image business model is take your money, place an expiration date on the services you purchase, then make it IMPOSSIBLE to schedule the services. I have now tried at 3 different locations (up to 4 hours away) and cannot get my services scheduled. Their contract is "binding" so you cant get a refund and you cant schedule the services you've already purchased. ITS A GIANT SCAM. Why not just actually provide good service? Why does everything have to be a corporate scam? For once cant you just let people purchase something and then uphold your end of that service? Would it really be that hard?
Answer: Yes, I had to go to the hospital where they treated me for BURNS that Nicola at Ideal Image gave me while doing Laser treatment. Dr Angela Fisher at Ideal Image is unprofessional and relies on her 17 years of bad experience.
Answer: Absolutely not. I didn't need much to begin with. My lip flip, which the tech suggested, lasted about 3 weeks. I specifically told her that I wanted my forehead not to move & last as long as possible. I live 2 hrs away. She used Xeomin which doesn't offer the results I specifically requested. She also added on crows feet, my 11's & in-between my eyes, without authorizing with me! I barely needed my forehead. Definitely didn't need or authorize her add on services. It was all a waste of $$$$. Maybe she need extra $$$$! I'm sure I'm not the only one thos happened too.
Answer: Absolutely not! I spent $1800 and within 4 months my lines above my lips returned!
