I've saved (earned) a lot of $ using Ibotta... even with a 2-person household. I've had very few questions/issues, but Ibotta's customer service is quick and very helpful.

Every now and then I run into an issue getting cash back with Ibotta. Sometimes it involves screenshots in multiple emails and it can get frustrating once in awhile but I can honestly say that anytime I have run into a snag I bought a Representatives always make it right even if there's fine print that Idont see or misunderstand, several instances they have given me the cash back that I was missing whether or not it was a mistake on their part or my part so I always highly recommend I bought her to my friends or co-workers or even just acquaintances because it's really great to be able to earn extra money from things that you're already buying. I will also say that I've been using I bought a for probably 5 years or more and I have deposited hundreds of dollars in my bank account just from getting cash back from things that I was already planning to buy!

This app makes shopping a treasure hunt! I seldom buy something I don't need, but often things I will use in the future even if not at the moment I purchased them because of the big cash back! I always check Ibotta offers any store I shop!

99% of the time, everything registers as it's supposed to... But, on the occasion that there's a computer glitch, or a miscommunication between store & Ibotta, their customer service does their very best to make it right; they show genuine concern for the customer, they're patient & understanding, and allow you to explain your situation. They're also very good at providing lots of information to teach you how this program works. It's a great company that has saved me a bundle in "coupons" / cash back offers!

I had a multi item purchase that I did separate transactions for, When I scanned my receipts in I only got credited for one item (instead of all 5) As I used the chat to explain my situation I was properly informed on how to process this type of transaction. I now know how to do this The individual helping was professional, understanding, and polite. She resolved this situation along with instruction on future purchases. Thanks Aries

If you use Any Bar or Any Liquor Store odds are you will have to jump through hoops to get your money! Buy two drinks they credit you for one. Buy two bottles of wine and they credit you for one. Sometimes none.
I tried getting cash back on an item i purchased and it said the item didn't qualify when it did. An agent added it in manually.

I have been using I bought a for quite some time and really enjoy doing so. It is a nice way to get rewarded for items that I buy and use anyway. Would definitely recommend! I personally like to save my earnings up and treat myself to something big. Very easy to get gift cards and there are many options to pick from. The few times I may have run into an issue. Customer service has always responded right away.

I had trouble with a receipt submission, I could find the product using the search bar but not which category to use for the submission. I contacted customer service and they made it work to get me the credit!

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?
Answer: Because they deny certain purchases due to cost! It's become a scam!
Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?

Answer: Go to your $amount and cash out and it will say bank or gift card.
Answer: Why don't any product receipts add extra bonus for us?
Answer: You have to email the morons that run their customer support at least 3 times before you'll get the proper amount credited to your account.
