There was a missing transaction that I had cash back for that wasn't posted. I purchased something else and that transaction showed but not the previous. I contacted Ibotta and they were very helpful. They just asked for the receipt and which cash back offers. My account was credited within the hour of speaking with a representative. I've been with Ibotta since 2016 and this was the first issue I experienced.

I'm old, I try to keep up the best I can with technology but this Ibotta app sometimes drives me bananas. This time it wouldn't recognize my barcode(not the first time this happened)and then when I tried to get help from customer service, I had to send in all this info for 10 cents. Eventually some sweet soul felt sorry for me and gave me the 10 cent (praise Jesus). You need to have an "Old People" section with step by step instructions plus illustrations

Sometimes I have an issue with my offers. I send always request in my questions to ibotta and less than 24 hours they get back to me! I'm very happy in my free gift from ibotta… very beautiful tote :) … the system was stuck and 3 pending receipts. I send to ibotta and they looking to my account less than 1 hour and fix this pending receipts and I got my cash back.

I thought I was on ibotta but I was on petsmart. They credited me the $4 anyway. That was above and beyond and this is not the 1st time they corrected my error

Ibotta is an easy couponing app and I have saved a ton of $$ using it! Most recently, I thought I had bought a product that had a deal on Ibotta. I misread and it was a slightly different product, I wrote in and the customer service agent told me what happened. I thanked them and explained what I thought, I didn't ask for the $$. They gave me the deal anyway! All of the agents were very nice and I was more than happy with my experience!

I contacted Ibotta to get help on my missing cash on a receipt. They politely let me know that the items that I requested them to look at and correct were actually unqualified for the rebate. The one time I forgot to double check and just assumed. I replied and thanked them for letting me know and said it was my fault but bummer. They responded back by giving me the credit amount back! Who does that?!?! It wasn't the little nickel or quarter back but a total of $3.25. That might not seem like much but you know it adds up! I use this app to save up extra money for my husbands Christmas gifts or anything that I'd like to surprise him with that he doesn't see on our bank accounts. Any time Ive asked for help they have always helped and responded. I'm just surprised and happy. Thank you Ibotta!
