Last trip to store I scanned items to make sure they were correct and then checked out and posted my receipt and it only honored 1 item when I had 3 on there.
Whenever I take a photo of my receipt, 90% of the time there's an issue. I even have my husband take them, it's very hard to get the parameters.

My Ibotta account is linked to my Coborn's loyalty account. I went shopping at Coborn's thinking it would be a simple matter to get cash back. Check the items on Ibotta's list, shop, use my loyalty number, pay and get cash back from Ibotta. Like a trip from hell to get even part of the money. Spent so much time resending copies of everything that Ibotta should have had just from my linked loyalty card. Did not receive cash for bonuses that had expired during the time I was dealing with Ibotta customer service. Am not going to waste more of my time trying to receive the cash for them. Even when I tried their online service Carlita she never had any responses that were even remotely applicable to my concern.
I have been using Ibotta for over 4yrs. Lately it is not showing my grocery pickup orders at all. So that means no cash back. And I have to go round and round in circles with them to get my cash back that I'm missing.

I love this site. I mainly shop at walmart but have used acouple of other online sites. Have not had any problems with getting my money back.
I reviewed the receipt images and see that my item that was eligible for $1 is not showing. That means I didn't do a good enough job taking the photo.
May I resubmit my photos and include the four photos instead of three to make sure I include the item?

By using my giant eagle card Ibotta caught I had a item to get cash back on and so I thank them
Took 13 hours for submission to be validated. Then only 3 out of 8 offers were credited. I looked back at screenshots to confirm the other 5 were valid. Had to rescan the items and now have to wait another 24 hours. It really isn't worth the effort when it doesn't work right the first time! It isn't right that Ibotta makes an error, and the consumer has to jump through hoops to prove (again) to prove they were right.
Had to input offers 3 times for Schnucks and still whr my seen credit! Things are becoming more difficult for sure!
I had a very satisfactory experience with the Ibotta team! They were quick to responding to my ticket, gave me clear and detailed instructions on what I needed to do next and resolved the issue very efficiently.
Infact, every time I have an issue, which is hardly ever, the Ibotta team is always responsive, kind and helpful. I really enjoy using the app and I appreciate the organization and professionalism that the app and team provide.
Of course I love to be able to save money. But on top of that, I love to go find items as a scavenger hunt. I used to do these for my daughters around the house and it brings back so many memories. I am now an empty Nester and have time to do all these scavenger, save money and share these items with my friends and family.
Just want to say thank you very much to Ibotta. You can always count on them paying you your cash back purchasing the products. Even though there's things I need to be worked out in kinks they still follow through truly this app to save money and be able to spend a little love you don't have.
I have never had an issue go unresolved. Ibotta agents go above and beyond to fix my problems. Thanks for all you do! Prices keep going up but these rebates help me keep my fridge full. :)

I had trouble linking a rewards cards to my Ibotta account. They had the issue fixed quickly when the automted suggestions had been unsuccessful.
I have been using Ibotta for years. It is awesome and I love cashing in my earnings for gift cards. On the few occasions that I've had to ask customer service for help, they always respond quickly and help me resolve the issue. For example...lost paper receipt not causing me to lose earnings.
I am not a huge fan of Ibotta. I use it but it's difficult and not user friendly. Its very hard to scan receipts and it frequently misses items.
Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?

Answer: You have to email the morons that run their customer support at least 3 times before you'll get the proper amount credited to your account.
