Everything went smoothly, haven't installed yet but am anxious to get started
Web site is easy to navigate. Prices are very reasonable. I wasn't sure about the shipping part, but after receiving a phone call from RL carriers to set up delivery. They did exactly as promised, they called me an hour before the lift gate delivery. Products came from the Goodman factory straight to me. Arrived shrink wrapped on pallets, in good condition. I will be ordering my next 2 units from them also. I do wish they had more options for duct work, but no big deal. I just Went by Ferguson's on my way.
