The whole process of ordering from your website was a breeze. The only question I had regarding my purchase that wasn't answered on the the site was quickly answered by your support service department.

Hvac direct is very knowledgeable and courteous, their price is lower than what i have found i would recommend this company to anyone.

I have been waiting 3 weeks for a 10 ton unit and still no delivery. They sent it to the wrong state with the wrong customer name on it. We discovered this fact 10 days ago and it's still in transit.

Easy and detailed information made the selection easy.

I worked with Jess online and she was great, everything went smooth but when I received the shipment the wifi adapter was missing. I talked to George who suggested I go a different route and he was going to do some research and send me the control best fits my needs

Your web site made it easy to pick out the correct size system for my house.

The only issue was the local shipping company that was to make final delivery to my house (lift gate service) was short on drivers due to the current situation. I called them and made arrangements to pick up items at their warehouse. They were very accommodating and assisted with loading. I am just out the $35 for the delivery service. Not a problem.

2nd Order first was smooth this was the same. I will be ordering a third unit later this summer. Hopefully price will remain the same, just waiting out CORVID-19 to place order.
